Havent been here since pre covid so many things seems to have changed. As im ready to check out, the usual registers seem to be all closed. I ask a worker that was at the register to where we check out..he didnt bother to look at me and just point at the customer service refund area. And slowly walk away slumping.
I guess friendly welcome costumer is dead here.

Surprise its still standing after all these years. I remember coming as when I was a child. This place used to always be packed no matter what day it was. Now... now its mellowed down a whole lot.

Some staff at this best buy are very aloof and not as proactive or helpful in their approach. However, one employee named Israel came to me later and was very helpful. He changed the experience for me at the store and helped me purchase a new phone. Thanks Israel! The reason I'm giving a mixed score is because I hope the store management will look into those employees who aren't very helpful and are a bit standoff-ish and do something about them.

I paid $300 for Geek Squad support and can never get a member on the phone. When I call, there are about 4 minutes of computer questions and advertisements on the phone but I'm never connected to a Geek Squad support member. This membership is a RIPOFF!
