Didn’t want to take a return because the “serial numbers didn’t match”. The same serial number was on the product, box, and receipt.
Geek squad manager just didn’t want the store to take the hit for the return. Asked where it shows on the return policy where they can refuse a valid return. Shooed me away. Worst experience at a Best Buy location.
