The customer service here is horrendous. I bought an iPad Pro a couple of months ago and now some Samsung Earbuds Pro 3 and all I ask is if I scan my rewards. It turns out that I got no rewards points because the guy said that you have to have a Best Buy card which is a lie. These stores are a dying business and you would think the employees will take the time on making the customers happy. Amazon has a next day delivery and I think I will buy from them for now on.

I came in today to upgrade my iPhone. I was made to paid my bill in full and call my phone provider multiple times to do a simple upgrade. They had 1 iPhone pro max left, which I was buying, the employee I was working with had it on hold.
After waiting for about 2 hours, they come back to tell me that the phone was sold to a different client. The Best Buy manager had no idea what was going on and had multiple workers looking into the issue.
As I was walking out no one bother to even look at me to have a good day. This was such a horrible experience. If I could rate it a 0 I would.
