Recently had gone to this location looking for mainly: Apple - Lightning Digital A/V Adapter (to display simple things with a legacy apple device; I didn't see it on the shelf at Lakewood), one person from the sales floor told me that they sent everything back to apple stores (or something like that) and will never have them in stock ever again (after discussion on what exactly I wanted or was looking for), they stated they also looked for it and they never really came back to me, or at least never stated how long it may take and after browsing a bit in the similar section I walked up to them near the computer section, just before I left I asked again that if they simpily still sell this item at any local stores at all (after them "checking for it"), they said that at no other stores it would be avaliable. I said okay and just went to another Best Buy at Signal Hill and they were able to help me find the item right away on the shelf in less than 5 minutes. I feel like the Lakewood location is going a bit downhill and perhaps organization on items should be better, along with customer service. I hope it can be improved. I almost would've been better off almost ordering a pick up order for it, but it really should've been quick and fast for something quite basic to search up since I already knew the part or item I was looking for. Plus I had to make another trip. I also called apple support for inventory inbetween my trip, and they told me that thier local stores (mainly for me cerritos) had none apart from Brea location, but the device should be readily avalible if you want to order it online or do a store pick up and that it would work as intended on the device I described. Not really their fault though. In the end, the item I got at Signal Hill location worked as expected. +5 for Signal Hill as of late.
