Not a great experience with customer service regarding screen protector replacement warranty. They want to have you pa $8 for geek squad to replace it when an associate can do it for free. Now, I’ll install it myself probably poorly.. leading to the screen protector breaking again easily when dropped, and I’ll have to come back in and replace it… again. Leading to a loss of $34.99 for Best Buy. Doesn’t seem like the best model. $8 vs $34.99. Improve customer service plz.

Woke up at 5 am today 2/20/26 for the pokemon launch Me my little sister and friend. We brought it to the workers attention how some people from the line were cutting others in line, we seen some people get into their car drove off and came back into the line , others that weren’t even in line were cutting and have saved spots from their friends. We let the worker in advance an hour before opening how some people weren’t in line and the worker didn’t do anything about it. They handed out tickets and let the people who cut EVEYONE who was originally in line, very disappointed in how they handled their launch and handled everything. With multiple people complaining and brought their concerns to the workers they should’ve been more consistent and considerate to those who actually had patience and wnayed them and not letting scalpers get away with everything. Pls do better and have better work ethic for future reference.
