If tou buy anything BIG here, make sure you do the membership TOTAL add on for JUST $179...especially if you bought a computer/ laptop... after purchasing mines in January 2024 thus year for school... it gave out for no reason a week before starting FALL semester! I had it for 6 months and the screen wasn't turning on... the CAP lock was blinking 3 times then 2 times after a pause... if I had purchased the warrantee for $200 in the beginning....I would have got manufacture and Geek squad assist for 2 years! I didn't get it, and thankfully...a sweet girl from Geek Squad named Jasmine helped me understand the situation and got me into getting the yearly TOTAL membership and explained the perks I got. If I would have got the total membership when I bought my Sony OLED TV in 2021, and my Samsung fridge thus year...I would of had it covered in case there was any mishaps with any of my big appliances! Thank you Jasmine for you help and you patience! She's such a sweetheart. To the rest of her team that helped me that day...thank you also! The tall black guy with glasses...he is so smart and handsome. Thank you too! FYI Please just get the total membership...it saves you a hassle...also my computer wasn't cheap. It was the HP envy ryzen x360...
