I recently had a disappointing experience at Best Buy that I feel compelled to share. I purchased a laptop around 7:20 PM and then went looking to buy the DJI Osmo Mobile 7P. Unfortunately, I waited quite a while for assistance. I approached multiple employees on the floor, and while they all said they would call someone to help me, no one came. One employee even informed me that they were off the clock and unable to assist further. This lack of support was frustrating, and as a result, I left the store feeling upset. Based on this experience, I am hesitant to return in the future. I hope this feedback helps improve service for others.
Horrible Manager "Biji" Experience, I was sent from the Downey store cause they had a Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 6 in-stock to replace it for my warranty.
Arrived and spoke to Biji who wasn't any help whatsoever. He didn't want to fulfill the warranty, didn't want to show the policy regarding the exchange and said that warranty transaction that I paid wasn't processed the same day. The phone was in stock and could have been exchanged with my warranty but to his discretion decided not to help. Thanks for nothing.
P.S. BEST BUY WARRANTY isn't what it used to be!
Asked for help from 3 sales persons and never received any. Each said in a minute, after 30 minutes of waiting , I ordered from Amazon
