Yeah my experience here was not great. To start I wanted to buy micro SD card because I saw they were $35 online, on sale. I go up to the register & they tried to charge me $50. Mind you when I grabbed the SD card from the aisle, it also had $35 listed.
I tell the person at the register "the $50 you're charging me is incorrect. It should be $35." Then they gave me an attitude? Saying that I was in the wrong. I literally had to pull up Best buy online, on my phone, to show that it was on a discount at $35.
This whole interaction was completely unnecessary. You should've looked up the correct price online. Mind you, the person up front didn't even ask me for my phone number for Best buy rewards. Or If I wanted a plastic bag.
Rude staff. Go somewhere else. Shout out to the one guy who pointed me to the SD cards though.

Great service, especially Apple Rep and Dania!!!
Came to Best Buy and had requested curbside pickup. Parked in the designated spot and checked in. After multiple people who came after us were helped, my husband asked the person who had helped the car next to us to check on our status.
Carlos was very dismissive and said we had to check in without even listening to the fact that my husband had said he checked in. He showed him the confirmation for being checked in and he said we’d have to go inside. He had him follow him in and went straight to the back and came out with someone else’s order and started to walk past my husband. My husband said “So after all that you’re not going to even help me?” His response was “Well after all that look how many other people need to be helped” and continued to walk away and made an additional comment saying “Bro, you still mad about that?”
His supervisor apologized and said that Carlos was just frustrated because they were busy. Aside from being a poor excuse for Carlos not helping, it seemed as though he was justifying his behavior.
Do better Best Buy. Mistakes happen but how you handle it matters. No one likes a smart ass employee who is supposed to be providing customer service.
