The WORST. Customer service is “meh”. Showed up to pick up an item, then told it’s not in stock (after ordering it because it was there). Currently sitting in Compton at the warehouse to pick it up (another inconvenience, but I’m patient), then told the order isn’t here or in the system for pickup. Is this the already has happened rapid decline of customer service? I realize I am a last minute buyer but dang, if you SELL something you say is in stock, make darned sure ITS IN STOCK. Problem. That’s a Best Buy problem. If I could zero stars I would.
The customer service isn’t the greatest. You have to seek out assistance and the person who helps you may or may not be knowledgeable about the product. If you are having something delivered they are always ahead of schedule by a few hours. The delivery drivers are quick, respectful and provide good customer service.
