I like this place, however... plan on being charged more... the shelves are never priced correctly, so the signs don't matter. Then the manager says oh the display doesn't have to match the price. So very little help. You don't know the damages until you pay. This has happened the last three times I have shopped there... perhaps online and direct is a better way to go. Though I like supporting my community. Come on, get the merchandise in the correct spot. Then when you tey to fix it they say, "oh don't break the sign." Error times ten... let's see if I love the product, and will forget the in person nightmare it is to get help at this location.

Horrible service . Why let customers order items online for in store pick up . If the store doesn’t have the item in stock .

Avoid this location… very poor management & operational floor processed… it took more than 30m waiting in line to return one item lol

I had the worse experience at this store and on New Year’s Day :( the security guard assumed I was homeless because I had my bags with me and was headed home to the Bay Area! I stopped by before my train to get a adapter for my headphones and the guard came up to me saying I needed to “leave my bags at the door and the bathrooms are locked” I actually never asked for a bathroom and had just came from my friends dinner party. He started pushing me into the sliding door of the store and was yelling that I was messing up the door! The guard also had a gun! There was a bike in front of the store and it had a blanket on it and possibly belonged to someone who was houseless. He started asking if that was my stuff as he tried pushing me out of the store. It was so messed up and I told him what he was doing was discrimination and he replied “you all always use that” but it is discriminatory to assume someone holding multiple bags is homeless! It was also weird cause I was wearing jeans that were worth over 100 that were given to me for Christmas! :( but none of that matters he just saw I was black and assumed I was there to use the bathroom and not purchase anything which I why I came there in the first place!
