The sound system team assisted me today it was a young lady and another gentleman Aden, they both were pretty informative on the products I had shown interest in, Wait time? No , given I was there at 10a haha! I’ve been here before but usually I know what I need and I leave but today I needed the help and they were amazing!

I live near by this location and I’m thankful this is our neighborhood Best Buy. I’ve always had a good experience when shopping but I have to comment on the extreme professionalism and care provided by the associate, Barry S. I came into the store pretty lost & confused after doing hours of research online to find the best television for my husband as a Christmas gift. Barry spent his time explaining the differences between the options and helped me narrow down my decision to find something that fit my needs & budget. I’m very indecisive and he never once showed any sign of being irritated or rushed. He was thorough, kind, patient and ultimately I left with a gift for my husband and felt good about my purchase. A month later and the TV is everything I had hoped for. Thank you Barry & Best Buy!
By far the worst and most disrespectful Best Buy experience I could have imagined.
Came in to check out the condition of an open box tv and went directly to the open box section and found the model with no difficulty. At first a kind sales rep came by to ask if we needed help. We asked some basic questions on the condition and decided we were ready to purchase. He asked us to wait for a minute while he grabbed something. I'm not sure exactly why he has us wait, but we did. In this time I started re-wrapping the tv for safe transport. Another rep from the Magnolia section came up, with zero regard to what I was doing, exclaims he's been looking for this tv everywhere (it was well labeled and easy to find, so huh?) and states that it's been sold and paid for and grabs it from my hands and carries it away. Appalling!
The kind sales rep comes back and I explain what happened and he says, oh they do whatever they want around here. I then notice online there is still that same model available at this location.. hmm? Is there another one? Our kind sales rep goes off to look. While this is happening, we then literally watch this other couple, take the tv that the Magnolia sales rep grabbed and purchase it up front. It was not sold beforehand and hard to find, this sales rep took a product out of my hands to make a sale with another customer. I have never been so appaled and lied to for a sale. What is this black friday?
I'm not sure what our original sales rep was up to, but he disappeared. Likely at a loss for some strange hierarchy at this location. Will certainly be shopping at another location from now on.
