Aden was very professional and knowledgeable when showing us a Samsung Frame Pro TV that we decided to purchase mainly because his customer service. Unfortunately Best Buy had them on back order so we had to purchase somewhere else .
This is for all Best Buy stores- if you love electronics this is heaven. For those who have been thinking it’s better and easier to just order online, I feel for you. There is nothing like an in person electronic store experience and it’s sad that more people don’t know this. Get up off your buns and GO to a Best Buy! It is inspiring to see all the things you can do with the gadgets we have access to. GO! You cannot have this experience online. The employees are super helpful. Go TO the store, you’ll love it.
I bought a Frigidaire water filter from Sawtelle Best Buy 2 weeks ago only to realize it was the wrong model. I took it back today (receipt in hand) and was told by a female manager in customer service that it can’t be returned or exchanged after 14 days, that I would have to purchase it again (for $60 unless I wanted to purchase a $179.00 membership then she could help me out. What the??). So she threw it away and asked me to go buy the correct one. I walked to the appliance section and was immediately helped by Aladdin and David. They apologized, talked to a different manager and then handed me the correct one as an exchange instead of making me buy a new one. Great, quick, happy customer service from these two guys and NON customer service behavior from the female manager.
