worst experience ever. I went to buy a refrigerator that I saw at Snyder&Diamond, and got exactly the same price but quicker delivery. I paid at the moment, and then I saw on internet for $200 less. Fabricio was not helpful at all and he forgot to tell me about the valve to connect it. he should have showed a pic for me to have ready that valve. When delivery came he showed me that pic, and I had to call in emergency a plumber to change the valve. The plumber took only 20 minutes to be at my place but Jose, the delivery guy left and said he was going 2 blocks away and he would be back in half an hour. He never showed back, and I have all the food thawing outside and on top he doesnt respond the phone number he gave. I call Best Buy and the answer was they need to schedule new visit AFTER 6pm, when Jose left at 11.30am, and did not connect my new fridge. AVOID BEST BUY IF YOU NEED TO CONNECT ANY APPLIANCE. May work if you go, buy and take with you the item. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BEST BUY.
