O lugar tem muita coisa com preço muito bom. Valeu muito a pena a compra do item, coisas que saem por menos da metade do valor comparado com o Brasil.

This is one of the worst Best Buy experiences I’ve ever had.
On multiple occasions, they have an extremely long line in their customer service. Long for them is three people.
They’re slow, inefficient processes and lack of staff are the customers problem.
I have seen one employee help two people, one of which cut the line to do her pick up order.
While staying here for 15 minutes to do a simple glass screen protector replacement.
It’s really clear that Best Buy does not respect its customers. They have not for a long time. I’m even hearing how the customer service rep is talking to a customer right now and it’s disrespectful.
