I made an appt for a battery replacement, then was told the technician wasn’t there and I’d either have to come back the next morning or leave my phone overnight. A simple phone call beforehand would’ve been nice, before I wasted my time and a whole trip down (for mind you, an appointment which I assumed we were on the same page about). But oh well, I’ll just be going to the Apple Store instead
Avoid the Sawtell store, especially if you need a return or tech support!
Charles, the customer service rep, was rude and offered zero actual support. Rather than helping me troubleshoot a factory reset on the laptop, he left me to figure it out myself — and then walked off to serve other customers while I sat there struggling with it alone.
When I asked to speak to a manager, Mauricio was even worse. Instead of arranging proper tech support, he told me I should have already sorted this out at home, delivered with a clear attitude, and refused to escalate to Geek Squad for help. We attempted the reset three times and it never worked — through no fault of mine — and he still refused to process my refund.
I left with no resolution, no refund, and no laptop reset, after being treated like an inconvenience by two employees who seemed more interested in getting rid of me than doing their jobs. Completely unacceptable customer service. I won’t be returning to this location.

My PC was locked-up due to a software triggered hardware shutdown. Sterling knew what was going on, assisted me in accessing my account and restoring the operating system. I also learned that Windows 10 is no longer supported by Microsoft; a heads-up to upgrade right away to 11. Sterling not only helped me avoid the purchase of another computer, he gave me tips on all my office devices. Yes - I'm glad I am a subscriber and thankful for Best Buy for supporting and training its techs.
