I ordered a refrigerator from Best Buy a couple of months ago. It was supposed to be delivered today. I did all the hours of prep work and waited with my phone in my hand for seven hours. Then when I was the next stop, suddenly everything disappeared, and it said that there was not going to be any delivery today. The problem was, they never called before the delivery the way they were supposed to. When they pulled up, the meter maid for street sweeping told them that they couldn't park there, but if they had called me, then I would've told them to park in the back. I heard their motor running and I ran downstairs but by the time I got to the bottom of the stairs they were gone so now I have all those 10 hours of prep work clearing the path, unloading my old refrigerator, cleaning it. That's all a waste. Now I have to put everything back and in another 10 days I get to do it all over again. This is all because they couldn't make a simple phone call the way they said they would. Also, they claimed that the satellite tells them they can't park in the alley and I said moving trucks park there every day, electrical trucks, spectrum trucks, they all park there every day and the satellite is wrong. Which they would have known had they called me the way they were supposed to so I still don't have my refrigerator and I have hours of work ahead of me. I hope they don't screw this up again. I called and asked them to apologize to me for not following their very own policies about calling 30 minutes in advance of delivery, but I have not received a call yet.
