The Baseline: For an electronics store the selection of goods must be stocked, have quality on the level technology, good internal circulation, and a good check out payment procedure. Service: i had to hunt down a service specialist but I had a very friendly, polite interaction with staff. The security personnel was polite on the way in and way out. No complaints. Cashier upsold the protection plan on the item I bought for the office coffee pot which will get the wear and tear on it. Selection: Best Buy of 2025 is not the Best Buy of 2015 or 2005 as the stock and selection has changed with online purchasing power. I am an advocate for brick and mortar stores especially for electronics. I love to see the screens, colors, the physical design, see the operational features, etc. and Best Buy really assists in helping with that. Also i like to have the item the day I purchase. Value: I probably paid slightly higher but the value is in walking out with my purchase. It is still good value and Best Buy will price match. The store was clean and organized. Restrooms were clean in the morning I came in.

Just god awful customer support. In order to get most questions answered you have to physically drive to the store. It's such a waste of time. It's crazy how you can't call the store. Instead you have to sit on hold for 20min to talk to someone half way around the world who has no idea how to answer basic questions about Best Buy in store services.
