This has been my "home" Best Buy since I was a kid, and it's changed a lot over the years. I really miss when they used to sell movies-it made browsing so much fun. The membership program has also changed for the worse; you can't get cash off products like you used to, and now you have to pay just to be a member.
That said, every time I visit, Lucas, Sal, and Nate make my trip amazing. I always have a good laugh with them, and they make the store feel welcoming and fun. Even though I miss the old Best Buy, I always leave happy and enjoy my time here.
Probably the worse Best Buy I’ve ever visited across the US. Very dirty and poorly staffed. The customer service agents are untrained and incompetent. It took them 1 hour for a simple return of a few items. As a Best Buy total tech member I’m really disappointed

Just went to return some games they gave me a gift card which I was able to use right away
