Ordered a new camera and it took hours just to process the order. Our firm uses Best Buy for purchasing so we stayed with Best Buy for this order as well and it was a huge mistake. Best Buy allegedly shipped with OnTrac who has been lying about fake attempted deliveries. OnTrac knew it needed to deliver during office hours but insisted at coming at 8:30PM. So I and a member from our ordering team stayed at the office late waiting on this delivery and the OnTrac delivery truck is nowhere to be seen but miraculously we get a text from OnTrac while waiting for over half an hour outside "we attempted delivery but business was closed." Business was NOT closed because we've been waiting for this stupid overdue delivery.

The WORST. Customer service is “meh”. Showed up to pick up an item, then told it’s not in stock (after ordering it because it was there). Currently sitting in Compton at the warehouse to pick it up (another inconvenience, but I’m patient), then told the order isn’t here or in the system for pickup. Is this the already has happened rapid decline of customer service? I realize I am a last minute buyer but dang, if you SELL something you say is in stock, make darned sure ITS IN STOCK. This was an 800 dollar item, and I definitely don’t want to give money to false advertising and false promises. Not my
Problem. That’s a Best Buy problem. If I could zero stars I would.
The customer service isn’t the greatest. You have to seek out assistance and the person who helps you may or may not be knowledgeable about the product. If you are having something delivered they are always ahead of schedule by a few hours. The delivery drivers are quick, respectful and provide good customer service.
