Like to give a shout out to Felix for his knowledge and customer service. We are out of Towners and needed a 2 prong electric cord. We asked the guy up front at the desk and he pointed to his right and said in the back. Went to where he pointed not there. There was an associate there and we asked him do you have this cord? He said it seems we’re out. We were ready to walk out and Felix asked if I needed help. He said yes, you’ll find that cord in computer components. Sure enough it was there. Thank you Felix!

Had an issue with an online order for a PlayStation 5 and had been going in circles with customer service since it was delivered in pieces without a boss completely damaged. Eduardo went above and beyond to help me out—got me a discount on a new one and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. He even followed up by phone, which meant a lot. Truly one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Big shoutout to Christian too, who was super friendly and helped coordinate everything. Thank you both!

Don’t go here if you are looking to price match with a Micro Center retail store! Absolutely ridiculous experience at this Best Buy. I came in to purchase a MacBook Pro and asked them to price match with MicroCenter—something Best Buy claims to do. The assistant manager, Eduardo, refused, saying MicroCenter was “outside their store radius.” When I asked him to show me where that was stated in the official price match policy, he refused and gave me the runaround and told me to look it up myself. I have never felt so disrespected by any retail employee and would absolutely never expect that from a Best Buy employee. I ended up calling Best Buy corporate and, surprise—there is NO such thing as a “store radius” policy. Turns out the manager at this location just made it up to avoid honoring the price match. Shady, dishonest, and a complete waste of time. If you value transparency and customer service, go literally any other Best Buy location.
