Terrible customer service i came in to buy a play station 5 and one bald headed tall employee passed by me 2 times didn't acknowledge me try to help me or anything I finally found a young man scanning a TV and asked if he could send someone to help me he came to check on me 5 minutes later and said he called for assistance and that all the employees where busy with other customers but that someone would come to help me no later than 15 minutes later I got tired of waiting after 15 minutes so I just left definitely will not be shopping here again or recommending this location to anyone

I’m at Best Buy right now. Was trying to decided what tv I was going to purchase today from them. I sat on the floor since they don’t have seating and was viewing the tvs and their color vibrance.
An employee named Vince came over and told me I’m not allowed to sit on the floor. I said I’m viewing which tv I want to purchase and he said you can go take a seat over by the phones.
I was sitting up against a wall not in anyone’s way where someone would trip over me.
It’s not that big of a deal but he was rude in his delivery. Won’t be back.
