Had everything I needed; staff extremely friendly and helpful!
Horrible experience with the management, very unprofessional and misleading with wrong informations, went in and saw a product with a wrong price tag in a locked cabinet display ( no way a customer could have swap those) manager will not honor the price tag, and he even showed a site that supposedly backs up his belief which I realize after I did a research on it after, totally it has nothing to do with the product I was purchasing, he basically made a fool out of me

Placed an order online for pickup. Went to the store, was greeted when I walked in, walked up to the counter and showed the barcode for pickup. The whole process took maybe 5 minutes to get my items and I was out of the store. I can say I've definitely had a better experience going to Best Buy in Marina than some of the other Best Buys in the area
I went to this location to drop off a laptop battery for recycling. This location no longer has a drop box for them, and I was directed by the door security to the customer service desk.
After waiting in line for ten minutes, I was informed that I needed a Best Buy customer account to drop off a battery for recycling. I wasn't going to spend another ten minutes doing that.
If you want to drop off an electronics battery here, clear a full 30 minute slot from your schedule.
