I went into Best Buy to buy a computer about 12 o’clock. There were no sales people anywhere around to help me. I flagged someone down. He took my name and phone number on A device and send someone would call when they were ready to help. I waited about an hour got tired of waiting, looked at everything I wanted and the longer I waited the less money I planned on spending it went from a complete computer set with the largest screen possible and a computer and keyboard and extra camera printer and everything that I wanted to deciding, I would just get a laptop and then deciding I didn’t want anything because nobody would help me so left Went out to eat, ran some other errands went home thought about it some more, they still hadn’t called me and I realize they would sell so much more stuff at that store if they had customer service and if they had sales people on the floor available, they would probably sell 10 times as much stuff as they sell if they would just hire people to help sell it

They need to have a pep talk with the drive up order employees. I had the worst service ever from the young guy who brought out my order. Didn’t acknowledge me at all. Looked annoyed and didn’t greet. Left me with the thank you in my mouth. Awful. Never doing drive up again.

The place is alright, pretty well kept. The issue came recently when the manager decided to have returns, checkout, and online pickup orders all in one mismanaged line, making everything slower.
I see why this manager made this mistake, probably because customers barely come in anymore and as a quick decision, decided to make it all one line.
Sir or madam manager, please fix this mistake as it only pushes away customers, you now have one big empty space in that one corner where the checkout use to be. Why not fill it in with the wandering employees that constantly bug you to make checkout lines faster.
