How do I check product availability at the Menifee Best Buy?
BestBuy.com will have the latest product availability information. Check back frequently, as product availability may change. Statuses such as Sold Out or Check Stores may update throughout the season. Products displayed as Sold Out, In Store Only, or Check Stores cannot be ordered by phone. Call Center agents are not able to provide guidance on inventory levels.
How do I check my order status?
Visit the Order Status page and enter the order number (from your order confirmation email), plus the last name and phone number you used to place the order. If you have an account, you can also access your orders from your Account overview after you sign in.

Please keep in mind that demand for appointments around the holidays is so high that appointment slots typically fill up quickly.

I purchased a Apple tv 4 k at Worst Buy. I purchased the product on 6-8-26 It was not what I wanted. I had an accident that left me in a wheelchair and today was the first day i was able to contact Worst Buy. I explained to their NOT customer service manager Ntomia in South Africa what happened and she said their is nothing that Worst Buy can do. I am going to create a fraud site for Best buy for everyone who has these kind of complaints can post to it. That way maybe we can force them into bankruptcy instead of them keep filing chapter 13.
The Worst Buy reply to me is just to show the world that they reply to bad reviews but they do not do anything for their customers. I did reach out to your customer service manager who said that Worst Buy cannot help me with anything. You have horrible service, your return policy is set up so no one can ever get a refund. No one should ever Buy from Worst Buy when they can just go to Amazon or or Walmart who make returns easy for their valued customers

Best customer service experience received ever. We were greeted by the girl as we walked in asking if we needed help finding something. She directed us right to what we needed. Within 3 minutes or less, Nathaniel walked up and asked if we needed help. What we were purchasing was up at the front. He called it up on the ear piece they have. We went to the front and I believe it was Gracy who helped us. The whole team here was extremely helpful. I live right between the Murrieta and Menifee locations. Same distance to both and the service at Menifee was on point. I would definitely go back. Thanks for the wonderful service. Great teamwork

Trash ah best buy making me buy an ipad thru customer sevice to secure it but then it aint ready when i come to pick it up after 30 mins. Lying ah saying the bank is waitin when it's all paid for. Then that chipmunk looking dude in there with glasses saying it's on hold for fraud. Nobody's saying that bro. Lying ah best buy workers
