I purchased the dash cam installation service through the app. Shortly after I realized how easy the camera would be to install because I bought the cable that makes it plug and play compatible. It was a total nightmare/headache to get this service refunded. Even though it was never used, your customer service team made it extremely difficult to get a refund. I had to visit two stores and make five phone calls to customer service and chat in through the app before this issue resolved. I had to push extremely hard for the customer service rep to do their job. I find that a little ridiculous. Moving forward I will think twice before purchasing an install service from Best Buy. Frankly, I’m gonna think twice before I buy anything from Best Buy again.

When purchasing items for your car like a dash cam, it can sometimes be difficult to know how easy it is to install, so I can appreciate you paying in advance for the installation. Seeing how easy it was to do though, I understand wanting to cancel the service, only to have a difficult time getting the refund, wouldn't be an ideal experience.
