Had so much difficulty calling online to fix a transaction, went to multiple best buy stores and this one was able to help. Staff were very helpful especially cristian the manager who went above and beyond for us in a very calm way. We will stick to this store for further transactions
Jordan, Miranda, Cameron, and Karin are amazing. They helped get a computer exchange for a new computer that I had problems with. Great team!
You know I went to Best Buy to buy expensive electronics just like everyone else, and it would be nice if while spending all this money on expensive electronics I didn’t get attitude for asking about a product in the store. Especially, when it was someone who I assume was a supervisor if not manager the way she was talking to the other employees. But hey my bad I said excuse me and interrupted you talking to an employee but I needed clarification on a product you sell… everyone else(all the teens and young adults working there) were super friendly and helpful, so obviously she didn’t train them at least
