I was not super thrilled with my experience just now. I went into purchase a chest freezer. I wanted to see the size difference between a five cubic foot and a 7 cubic foot freezer. Neither of which are on display. I looked at a refrigerator to kind of get an idea of the size. When the associate came to help me I asked if he had any on display and he said they were not on display They were in his back warehouse and could only pull it down if I was going to buy it well how would I know if I was going to buy it if I didn't know what size it was. He was very reluctant to help me at all whatsoever so I just told him I would go somewhere else. He did not seem to care at all whatsoever that I was leaving. Cool went to Lowe's two doors down and bought one no problem.

BEWARE of the scamming going on here , they will flat out lie to you to get you to purchase things. My husbands camera broke so he went to purchase another one before he left out of town , the blonde older lady that works there told him he had the plus plan (we had purchased it in 2024) , and that if he needed he would have 30-60days to return the camera. It was explicitly told to him that he had the plan and that he should also purchase the protection plan and sign up for the Best Buy credit card , all of which he did under the guise that he would have the time to return it if he needed too (our other camera was able to be repaired ) so when it came time to return the camera because we were able to have the other repaired , the “manager” told me I didn’t have the plan that , it expired in Nov 2024 and that it was now 30 days and I would no longer be able to return it . I explained to him the woman told my husband our plan was active and he had the 30-60 days , even she had him purchase an additional protection plan and stated the plus plan you have but the protection plan is better to use . now this is important because , was she flat out lying ? To make a sale? And pushed the credit card and protection plan , this all totaled to over 2,000$ Because this “manager” is telling me that no she wouldn’t have said that because it shows here clearly that you don’t have the plan and there’s no way she could have missed that? I tried to explain to this “manager” the discrepancy in what we were told and what was now being relayed , he continued to act like a robot and would only repeat the same thing . We don’t have the plus plan and we can’t return the camera. I said how can we remedy this because we were lied to . He couldn’t answer he continued his robotness and could only tell me I don’t have the plan . Like I know , I see that. He literally acted like he was dumb or I was ? But is it not concerning to you that an employee possibly lied ? He said he had no idea how to find out who it was , I told him an older blonde woman ? He said we have a lot of those ? He told me he couldn’t do anything , he was useless really and a waste of time . My husband called them that day talked to someone and she said ok we see you plus plan ended on January 2026 , there was probably a misunderstanding you can return it bring it in tomorrow I will make a note . I went back the next day , talked to a supervisor, he was helpful and actually had an open dialogue, but it was a open case still , I still had to explain what happened they still had to search through everything it took more time and I’m just so frustrated and confused as to why no one wants to know who is lying to get a sale ??? He finally let me return the camera paying 240$ for a restocking fee which we understood from the beginning, it’s just not worth it we were almost out 2000$ because of a lie an employee told , Because they were adamant that a sales rep would know clearly if you had the plus plan or not , so I am led to believe this is common practice there and I will never purchase anything from them ever again . If an employee tells a customer something , it must be honored , we’re going off of your word , we had every answer they needed it was clear there was something told that was not right , we got different answers as to when our plan ended from 3 different people like what?? STAY AWAY !

I highly recommend going here for anyone looking to get their subwoofers installed. Ive had 2 different subwoofers/amplifiers installed for 2 different vehicles and they did a great job both times. They are super friendly and informative. I will definitely be going here again.
