Great selection. 3 times now when I went in with full intentions on buying something, no one to be found, even though while making the decision on what model to get, several times was asked if we needed help.
When it came time to buy, someone will be right with you.
That person NEVER showed up. Even after asking several times for help.
So finally this last time, leaving in disgust, the greeter actually hade the nerve to say and I quote ( Have a great evening!) My reply being why would you say that? You don't mean it. You don't care. Her reply ( No I dont!) Unbelievable. I ll my money some where else. Never again will I consider Best Buy. They suck.!

Unbelievable lack of service. Walked in to buy Meta Glasses. On monday Nov 3rd aprox 2:30pm. Asked to physically see the glasses. The sales reps told me they could not show me the glasses because they only do Demo’s on weekends.
Why have displays?
Walked out of there and bought them online from their competitors. It sucks but that’s why these stores are closing. Lack of service.
