I’ve been to this Best Buy multiple times over the years and the customer service was always good, but this time it was kind of bad.
First, I showed an employee a monitor I saw at another Best Buy that was cheaper than the price they had listed. I asked for a price match and showed a recent picture with the model number and everything. The employee was helpful and got a manager to check. That manager then radioed another manager with more authority. When he came over and found out I was trying to price match, he didn’t even look at the picture or the proof — he immediately said, “I can’t price match something from another store.” I understand if it was some random store, but this was another Best Buy. The website and app both say customers can price match an identical item, so it felt dismissive that he wouldn’t even look at what I was showing him.
I ended up just buying an SSD instead, but I had issues there too. I asked an employee near the TVs for help getting an SSD, and he said he’d send someone right over. I waited about 6–8 minutes and no one came. I had to ask the same manager who refused the price match to get help, and only then did someone assist me. While I was walking to the register, the original employee finally came over and asked if I still needed help with the SSDs. By that point, around 15 minutes had passed. There was no apology or acknowledgment of the wait, which felt disrespectful.
Overall, I’m disappointed in the service. I wasn’t able to price match even though I had proof of the same model at a lower price, and I felt dismissed and ignored. There was also a lack of inventory, which wasn’t the main issue but is still worth mentioning. Because of this experience, I don’t plan on returning to this location.

We have purchased several electronics from Best Buy, including iPads, Apple Watches, and TVs, and every experience has been great. Keith has always been extremely helpful, courteous, and very knowledgeable. He takes the time to answer questions and makes sure we leave confident with our purchases. Excellent customer service every time.
