How do I check product availability at the Menifee Best Buy?

Call Center agents are not able to provide guidance on inventory levels.
How do I check my order status?
Visit the Order Status page and enter the order number (from your order confirmation email), plus the last name and phone number you used to place the order. If you have an account, you can also access your orders from your Account overview after you sign in.
My local Menifee Best Buy store and BestBuy.com ran out of the item I want. Is there another way to get it?

I bought a gift that requires service/installation. When can I expect that to be scheduled?

I pre-ordered my Pokemon game to get the play Matt that was the whole reason why I came to this location I ordered on the phone the first thing I asked was if the mats were still available I was told they were. I placed my order and I paid for it. When I came to pick it up they said not only do they not have enough for the people who pre-ordered but that it was done differently on mine and so even when they did restock the mats I would not get one it was literally the first thing I asked before I bought the game. On top of that the person I talked to on the phone wasn't even from this location but from a call center out of state and they can't even write up the person who lied to me cuz they have no way of tracking who it was. When I called the number to try to find out who lied to me the person said they were looking it up and they hung up the phone. I do not blame the employees at the store cuz they were quite polite. Whoever was at the call center needs to be held responsible

Always in and out usually everything is in stock but if not ship to store is PDQ. LOVE my menifee Best Buy
