Bought a new computer from them about 2 months ago. It wasn't working out so they refunded me for it and got me into a computer that better suited my needs. I'm very happy with the new computer. Will be returning in the future.

I love this Best Buy! Christian the manager & Jordan were so helpful in the store. I got off work and needed one item real quick before closing and they have redeemed my thoughts about Best Buy. Even though it was less than 10 mins till closing, they were so kind to me.
I moved from Riverside to Menifee & had experienced the miserably rude - head shaved manager at the Riverside Tyler location. I’ve seen him yell & bark at the employees which made me uncomfortable as a shopper. How can you have a customer service manager who’s terrible with customers and employees? To upper leadership - Christian & Jordan deserve a raise!
