NEVER AGAIN EVER WILL I BUY ANYTHING FROM BEST BUY! CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS! THEY MAY AS WELL NOT EVEN EXSIST. NO HELP AT ALL! SALESMEN LIE TO SELL YOU ITEMS. THEY'RE PROTECTION PLANS YOU BUY ATE USELESS. CUSTOMER SERVICE NOT EVEN IN US AND WILL NOT TRANSFER YOU TO A REPRESENTATIVE IN US. THEY KNOW NOTHING, DO. NOTHING AND HELP THE CUSTOMER ZERO %. THEY'VE RIPPED ME OFF TWICE. FIRST TIME FOR $120 FOR A FACEBOOK PORTAL DEVICE THAT WAS NEVER RECIEVED OR RESOLVED WITH THEM BECAUSE THEY HUNG UP ON ME EVERYTIME THEY HEARD MY ISSUE. 2ND TIME BOUGHT A CELL PHONE FOR $2242.98 AND BOUGHT THE PROTECTION PLAN AND WAS ASSURED I WAS TOTALLY COVERED BY THEIR " TOTAL " PROTECTION PLAN THAT COVERED EVERYTHING! AFTER A ACCIDENTAL DAMAGES OCCURRED (WHICH SAID WAS COVERED) AND SPENDING OVER 2 MONTHS ON THE PHONE AND SENT TO THE STORE, THEN BACK TO PHONE, THEN BACK TO STORE AND TOLD , IT WAS COVERED, THEN NOT COVERED, TNEN COVERED BRING IT IN...I LEFT THE STORE EMPTY HANDED AND OUT OVER $2200! NO CUSTOMER IS RIGHT HERE AND THEY COULD CARE LESS. THEY LIE AND HAVE NO KNOWLEDGE OF ANYTHING. THEY AREN'T EVEN ACCREDITED BY THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU! YOU KNOW WHY? BECAUSE THEY PLAN TO RIP YOU OFF AND KNOW THEY ARE A SHADY BUSINESS. IT'LL CATCH UP TO YOU BEST BUY. WORD WILL SPREAD AND YOU WILL HAVE LESS AND LESS CUSTOMERS UNTIL YOU EVENTUALLY GO OUT OF BUSINESS! CAN'T WAIT TO SEE IT. YOU LOSE IN THE LONGRUN!! I'VE NEVER SEEN A BUSINESS NOT INTERESTED IN KEEPING THEIR CUSTOMERS HAPPY. PUT YOURSELF IN MY SHOES WOULD YOU WANT TO PURCHASE SOMETHING FOR THAT MUCH AND THINK YOU'RE TOTALLY COVERED AND WIND UP EMPTY HANDED OUT TNOUSANDS OF DOLLARS? I DONT THINK YOU WOULD. YOU'RE GOING TO GET SOME REALLY ANGRY ENIMIES LIKE THAT AND I HOPE AND PRAY FOR YOUR SAKE YOU DONT GET SOMEONE IN NEED OF ANGER MANAGEMENT THAT LOSES IT IN ONE OF YOUR STORES. WITH EVERYTHING ELSE GOING ON BAD IN THIS COUNTRY YOU'RE BOUND FOR SOMEONE LOSING IT ONE DAY AND THAT'S SCARY ! I WOULD NOT WANT TO BE ONE OF YOU'RE EMPLOYEES PUTTING MYSELF IN DANGER BECAUSE THEIR EMPLOYER CARES LESS ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. I'M GLAS I HAVE SELF CONTROL OR ELSE IT COULD OF GONE ALL BAD! I PRAY YOU CHANGE YOUR ATTITUDES AND POLICIES AND STOP MAKING UP NEW ONES AS THE CUSTOMERS COME IN TO AVOID GIVING THE CUSTOMER WHAT THEY DESERVE. SAD VERY VERY SAD!
