I had an amazing experience a few weeks back when buying a new Apple Watch. John, Daniel, and Mark were all extremely helpful, pleasant, and real throughout the whole experience. They had to jump through a few hoops for the trade in of my old watch because of the mess the Apple Store left behind hours before but they never gave up. This meant a lot to me considering the alienating and passive aggressive customer service I received from Apple hours before. Extremely grateful for them. Give them a raise!

Pull up and start walking up to the store and the front of the place had so much trash I thought the place was abandoned. Went in to return a defective phone and was charged a 45 dollar restock fee. Had to call the 800 number twice after not hearing anything back from them in 48 hours as promised. Today I was told my refund will be processed and I should not have been charged.

Geek squad lost my charger and gave me a cheaper adapter and acted like they never seen my oem laptop charger. The workers probably dont work there anymore. But poor experience.
