Extremely poor customer service and inventory management. I waited a long time while they tried to find a laptop they recommended, and they still couldn’t find it. Then they started showing me completely different options that were way more expensive, and the way they asked “what do you want to do?” felt kind of rude. I expected a lot better from Best Buy.

Clean. Employees greet you as soon as you enter and ask if they could help in any way. Would have given a 4.5 star but there is none. Their lines for pokemon drops is ok, only thing they could be better on this is if they could control the ones that are skipping lines and just butting in.

Horrible Geek experience. Had to install everything myself as they didn’t do anything that was listed.
