Best Buy Mission Viejo

This location is under staffed. The checkout line is slow and it's difficult to find employees when I need help. Most of the people who work here look miserable and it definitely reflects in the customer service. I only shop here out of convenience.

Great selection but need to improve service. Waited at the car stereo section for 10 minutes, no one offered to assist. Lost a $600 sale

My favorite Best Buy in Orange County simply because they have better stock than Lake Forest and Tustin, they have better parking than both, and they are easy to pick up from.

When my bf and i walked in we were greeted very nicely and someone at the front guided us to the go pro section. After guiding us, the nice gentleman said that Wade would be able to help us find a good fit for a go pro. He then recommended Wade since he works in that department. Once Wade was done with a customer he went over to my bf and i and seemed very annoyed that we needed help. Wade then said “idk why that guy volunteered me to help u guys bc i was in the middle of something but whatever, what do u guys want?” We then asked for help on some go pros and had some questions but he was very short with responses. And after everything he seemed very upset about helping us out. We asked if he could hold it up at the front for us so that we can look for more items in the store. Before we could even finish our conversation he stormed off. A couple minutes later we went back to the go pro section and was looking around for Wade to help us once again. My boyfriend had a few extra questions about the item before purchasing but Wade was no where to be found. We then asked a gentlemen at the register named Antonio to help us out. Antonio then proceeded to acknowledge we needed some assistance and took action immediately. Despite the experience my bf and i encountered, i wanted to let you guys know one your employee Wade wasn’t showing any interest in helping us out and was very rude to us.
