bought a shark / ninja fan here on 6/13/2026 and the sales associates name "JOSEPH G." didnt helped us at all, never say hi/hello or accommodate our needs at all, he was just chit-chatting with other person. he was the one who even ask how is the fan or if its good or not or worth it (cuz we told him we have the same one and we are buying it for my mom). so it looks like we are the one who is doing the sales because he obviously doesn't have enough knowledge on how to do sales.
came back the following day 6/14/2026, bought 2 refrigerator for my mom, they guy who was assigned again in there is the same person name "JOSEPH G.", He didn't say hi again, no pleasant welcoming demeanor, doesnt smile or whatsoever, doesn't know how to perform the settings in some of the fridge. we still ended up buying 2 fridge for my mom, my wife and I SPECIFICALLY gave a clear instruction to give a call to my mom because we live in LA, he took my moms contact number and he even say "the delivery person will call a day ahead for the delivery time and instructions". no one called her and the delivery person called me instead of her. we called the store and they say that they cant deliver it same day anymore and needed to reschedule it. we told them that this is very inappropriate, our meat and food will gonna get spoiled, the sales associate didnt communicate well, we are the customers and we ended up suffering from the sales associates INCOMPETENCE PERFORMANCE and we just heard a word sorry from customers service WITHOUT ANY RESOLUTION. its very frustrating.
this sales associates "JOSEPH G." need a new training or get fired. your store will get bankrupt because of this persons POOR performance.
Staff was awesome and store was clean. How ever I wanted to purchase a laptop that showed online as available but was out of stock when I arrived.
Helpful employees. Appreciated their help with my questions.
