employees are nice, fast, and make sure you get what you need. needs to be restocked more though
Bought a Pc here today was very fast process and everyone there was very nice.
The one star is for the store, not the Amazon rep who happened to be there and offered to help me.
I went in to visit the Geek Squad for a computer problem. I pay $179 year for their service. This is the second time they could not help me and the last time I will pay them $179. I also had a problem with my Amazon Echo that I brought with me and arrived early so I could stop at the Echo area to get some help. I asked the associate in that area if he could find someone who specializes in Echo. He said "we really don't have department specialists" (but they sell the product!!) and turned to walk away. Luckily there was an Amazon Rep standing close by (I would call him a specialist!) who overheard our conversation and offered to help. He was terrific! In about 5 minutes my problem was fixed. The first guy left instead of sticking around and maybe learning something. The guy from Amazon was very knowledgeable and polite. I then went to my Geek Squad appt and got the same run around, no solution for my computer problem. As I was walking out, I commented to the girl at the front desk that the guy over there (I pointed to the Amazon rep) deserves a raise. She said "Oh, he doesn't work for us" which probably explains his excellent service.
I know the people who read these will make a comment about "this is not our level of service...." and tell me to contact them on one of 3 social media platforms. In other words, do their work for them. Not a chance. Why don't they give you a phone number to call? If Amazon ever opens a tech help storefront, they will put Best Buy out of business in about a week.
