How do I check product availability at the Modesto Best Buy?
BestBuy.com will have the latest product availability information. Check back frequently, as product availability may change. Statuses such as Sold Out or Check Stores may update throughout the season. Products displayed as Sold Out, In Store Only, or Check Stores cannot be ordered by phone. Call Center agents are not able to provide guidance on inventory levels.
How do I check my order status?
Visit the Order Status page and enter the order number (from your order confirmation email), plus the last name and phone number you used to place the order. If you have an account, you can also access your orders from your Account overview after you sign in.

Do not order online they are using a company called roadie to deliver items. These are under paid gig workers and if something happens with the delivery you have to wait 7 to 10 days for a refund and then reorder the product. Not we will send another one out or any other options just wait for your refund your welcome to reorder the same unit.

Slow service. A person at front saw us looking around and said she'd send us help, but no one every came. I had to find a sales person myself.Took the salesman awhile to find the tablet my husbabd was buying. Ended up ok in the end. Best Buy has changed so much over the years. Not what it used to be. It's seems like it's more about security at the front than selling the products. I walked thru the whole store while my husband was helped buying his tablet. Not one person approached me to see if I needed help except when we first walked in.

My husband and I went to buy a TV. It was a good experience because the women who helped us in that department were knowledgeable about the tv. They were very helpful and nice people too.
