I had to do a last minute run to pick up some adapters for traveling. I am not a tech savvy person but thankfully I had Nate V. offer to assist me in finding the items I needed.
He was extremely knowledgeable about the items eventhough I only had a picture and did not know the proper names. He was also efficient in helping me find them in the store.
I was able to find the items I needed and he was able to help me do an efficient check out. Not only that but he was friendly and patient with my child who was asking many questions about technology.
If you are ever in need of assistance I highly suggested getting help from Nate.
I hope his management team can acknowledge the great staff member they have.

If you’re looking for Pokemon TCG product drops, this is not the place to go. They limit you to 1 item at checkout, not 1 of each but 1 Pokemon TCG product in general. Their practices for not allowing “ghost chairs” is good but they fall short by making their customers choose between getting either a single $10 mini tin or a $27 booster bundle. It’s laughable.
