When called the machine did not prompt to a live agent and said the agent don’t have the information.

In-store staff are consistently good, but the off-site phone service and personnel undermine the in-store experience dramatically. Calls start with an absurd disclaimer that says by calling, you agree to terms of the website (what?), the AI bot is frustratingly useless, and some of the off-site phone agents act like you’re bothering them during their break. Do better, Best Buy.
