I called the phone number that so I could recycle my TV which was 46 inches. I am in California and customer service said to just bring it down. The customer service desk on disk road told me they only accept 43 inches or less. I called the customer service again and let them know what was going on and they said they couldn't turn me away. So I went back inside and talked to the supervisor James and he saw that my leg was broken and that I already had brought it back in the store and he told me it was OK. Usually they only take 43 or less. So if you have questions go to the store directly first and take names.

I had the most horrible experience with them i paid for a new fridge which they came out and measured three times and kept delivering the wrong fridge three times I got frustrated and asked for a refund which was supposed to be 3-5 business day which turned into two weeks and when I tried to escalated it to corporate all I got is customer service which they are super rude and unwilling to help ..I will never spend another penny or dollar with them ever again ..I was out of a fridge for awhole month ..so I went elsewhere and bought one

Best Customer Service!!! I was immediately welcomed at the front door and directed to a customer service representative. I needed a new phone and Lana was able to help me right away. She was friendly, attentive, extremely informative, and took care of all my needs. I was dreading the task of purchasing a phone but Lana made it such a pleasant experience and took all the stress away. I left there feeling so happy and excited for my new phone. I was looking for a small TV for bedroom and an associate showed me where to find the correct size and different brands and features. I was out in 15 minutes.
