Appointment time. Turns out that someone called in sick so they were not able to fix my phone that day. It would have been nice to get a phone call ahead to let me know, they did set me up with an appointment the following day, but under my
Circumstances it just did not work out. I ended up getting it done in town for $175 instead of using my AppleCare.

I was very impressed with all their customer service and professionalism. I highly recommend that all customers to see all the associates and managers that assisted me during my customer amazing, awesome store experience. I am very satisfied with my purchase and now I can share this with my family. Having a piece of mind and having all my questions answered, means alot to me. Cans here to get a privacy screen and protecter. It was pricey and then the charge to $7.99 to put it on. Not bad per se but it used to be free.
