My husband and I went to this location to get a new PC, for me. We spoke to Brandon and he was extremely helpful and kind. He looked for like 30 minutes for the PC I wanted, but unfortunately it was out of stock. He let us order it, to be delivered the next day. The next day, we hadn’t received any updated and the delivery company wasn’t helping us. So my husband went back to the store, to just get a refund. We’re leaving out of town, so we wouldn’t be able to wait another day, for the delivery company. When he asked the employees about it, they were VERY helpful and actually helped us find the PC, in store, even though they closed in 20 minutes. We ultimately got the PC and had an amazing experience with them. (not so much the Shipt company that was supposed to deliver it)
