The only reason I give a higher rating is because the in-store employees were helpful and patient with many great deals. Customer service for delivery is the worst. These people will have you wait all day only to call you at the last minute to cancel your appointment then have you wait another week to schedule again. They were rude over the phone. They need to be investigated by the consumer affairs office.

Great if you're looking for fridges, stoves, microwaves, washers and dryers. They have an extensive, well-priced collection. They do deliver for a fee. Not a lot of audio equipment when I was there. Quite a few computer-related items, and televisions
