Hello, We recently purchased a cooking range top and although it was an open box but it was sold to us on basis of falsification that no parts were missing, The sales person also mentioned that it was new as everything was in wrap and original box was also there. Upon installation, it was discovered that the package was missing the pressure regulator, had damage on the unit which both of items were not disclosed on the box. The third and the strangest things was one of the plates of the range top is totally the wrong size which renders one of the 6 burners on the unit totally useless!! Lesson Learned - Be careful what you buy and always do a visual inspection before you buy from this place
