Back in February I purchased a washer. My sister went to pick up the washer and unfortunately they refused to help her load the washer because they said it was raining. I had just got off the phone with them to ask them for specific instructions on what to do when arriving for pick up and they never mentioned anything about this. Mind you it had been raining all day. My sister sat there and waited for an hour until some customers seen her and thankfully helped her get it into her van. Customer service was extremely rude to her and they offered zero help or alternatives. My washer is now not spinning and I tried to schedule for service today and live agent ended my chat while trying to get the serial number number he asked me about(which I am sure it’s in my account information.) I almost feel like they’re not trying to help me. I tried to schedule service online and they’re saying I’m out of warranty even though I purchased a 5 year warranty plan!

Picked up a return refrigerator from Samsung. Got a great deal fridge was basically brand new. It was simply returned from a prior customer really cool store save a good amount of money. The guys help me lift it in my truck tiedowns services quick and efficient.
