Best Buy Montclair Outlet

Doing a pick up for an online order. Store was heavily staffed. Couple of customers walking around. Took quite some time to locate my order. Which was placed a day before. These are all open box items. Majority of inventory is large appliances. May take some browsing to get a reasonable deal. Parking lot is large. Teo handicap spots in front of main entrance. Public restrooms are available.

A huge thank you to Danny, Daniel, Mitch, and Kevin for going above and beyond. They were patient, answered all of my questions, and made sure I was comfortable with my returns and purchase instead of making me feel pressured. Their customer service was outstanding. I’d also like to recognize the manager, Danny, for leading such a great team. You can tell he cares about both his employees and his customers, and it really shows in the atmosphere of the store. If you’re looking for open-box appliances or electronics at great prices with exceptional customer service, I highly recommend stopping by this outlet. I’ll definitely be coming back for future purchases!
