I’d recommend for anyone on a budget and won’t mind a couple dings or scratches on their appliance. I went in wanting to replace our refrigerator with another Whirlpool but was surprised to find a Bosch 800 series within budget. We have had it for four days now and it’s been doing great, no issues, only the cosmetic damage (couple small dings on the doors that I put magnets over 🙂) Everyone I talked to there was friendly, although I’d say they have more knowledge/training on sales than the appliances themselves. I was also really happy with the third party delivery they use, they were friendly and installed quickly but carefully. Optional fees: Home delivery $100 Refrigerator install $25 Haul away old fridge $50

I had such a great experience at Best Buy thanks to Joey. I came in about 15 minutes before closing, and he was still super friendly and patient, never making me feel rushed at all. He took the time to walk me through everything and made the whole process really easy to understand. On top of that, he even helped me carry the TV out to my car, which I really appreciated. Awesome service all around, Joey truly went above and beyond.
