Shout out to DANNY, the manager on duty at Best Buy Outlet, Montclair yesterday 11/29. He knows how to run a business. He worked hard to get us a good deal, proving He knows the power of good customer service. We ended up buying a Maytag dryer and a 55 -in Samsung, and walked away feeling respected NOT ripped off! Danny and the other associates did a great job. I highly recommend this establishment.

No long lines. Easy $ pricing... Great warranty.

Fantastic experience here!!! Fernando was efficient, knowledgeable, gracious with all my questions and seriously provided top tier service. The guy was seriously the best... One of the best experiences I've had with a Best Buy rep at an outlet store or even one of their non-outlet stores. Guy was top notch! There was another gentleman, didn't catch his name, neon Adidas shoes, who was all great guy. Both helped tremendously when I was looking at an open box TV (Art TV)
