I ordered a gaming laptop from the Best Buy website on January 29, with an expected delivery date of February 10. However, it was marked as delivered on February 6 at approximately 1:00 PM, five days earlier than scheduled.
Later that same afternoon, around 3:00 PM, the delivery driver returned and took the package from my doorstep. As a result, I never received the laptop.
I contacted Best Buy and waited for the outcome of their investigation. I was later informed that they could not provide a reshipment or refund and was advised to contact local law enforcement and my bank. I filed a police report, and the police recommended that I continue pursuing the matter directly with Best Buy.
As a consumer, I am deeply disappointed with how this situation has been handled and expect a reasonable resolution. I am requesting a refund or replacement, as the issue occurred during the delivery process arranged by Best Buy!
Could write an essay describing how awful the entire buying to installation experience was for an LG OLED TV, but let me just say, I wouldn’t recommend this to my worst enemy. Just buy on Amazon and get a Task Rabbit for install.
I've had mediocre and good experiences here. Went in for a new laptop, two younger women on their phones couldn't be bothered to really help me. Ended up getting a laptop that didn't work but the return went great and the tech person there that day was helpful.
I was lined up to get pokemon cards for my nephew's birthday. The manager was very welcoming and was very professional and I commend her for that; however, there was this male cashier at the counter who was very rude to me. I told him that I wanted "one of each" of the pokemon bundles and he kept on trying to give me one only. Finally his co-worker told him to give me one of each because we were allowed to have one of each of the bundles that were left (because apparently, my friend who was on the other line bought everything). The rude cashier had the audacity to try to say that I did not ask for one of each. What made it worse was there was an impatient customer standing in line, who yelled that I was being rude to the cashier and I was not. The rude casheir did not even bother to apologise. What made the experience worse, was that the same rude customer, came by my car and tried to pick a fight with me (while I was leaving out of the parking lot). The rude customer literally came to my car to have an arguement and to pick a fight over pokemon. This would not have happened if the rude cashier would have known we were able to have more than 1 of each of the pokemon bundle. I believe that same cashier needs to be disciplined or fired. My experience shopping here for the first time was terrible. This would not happened if it was better organized. I am not going back to this place.
