Response to owner's comment ;
Your employee already said he is the highest person in your store and he told me I cannot talk with anyone else in the store. Seeing your reply, I'm surprised he is not the owner.
Regardless, as requested by your weird employee, I'm reporting the incident and his misbehaviors to the best buy headquarter.

A lot of issues in the customer services and sales.
What a rude employees. What an annoying experience from this store. What an increasing number of ridiculous situations.
It happens again and again, now it seems clear who is causing the issue.
Not worth to use this besy buy.
All other stores are good, except for this best buy.

Customer Service is very poor in this store. I cancelled one order, but they did not refund for more than one month. I visited the store and asked a staff at the customer service (Her name is Carla). She just told me to call the bank. She never tried to take a look at the transaction history. She was very rude.
