The manager Patrick at Customer Service was extremely rude, unprofessional, and unwilling to provide any type of customer service in my shopping experience. I don’t understand why employees or “managers” make it their personal mission to deny your simple requests with no willingness to provide a solution. He stated several times that he had the ability to fulfill my request, but he simply didn’t feel like it. I’ve worked in retail for 5 years and this is nothing but lazy behavior from the manager. This should be brought up to their upper management and he should be fired immediately!

Luckily I was able to go to Santana Row Best Buy and they took care of what I needed.
