Had the worst customer experience ever in any stores. Bought a SSD from them and it died within a week. Lost tons of data and photos on it. The guy at the customer service showed no sympathy for the situation whatsoever. When I asked what they can do about the data I lost he said there’s nothing they can do because “it’s your fault”. Complete disrespectful.

In a situation like this, we would only be able to return or exchange the device if it appears to be defective within the return period. Although I empathize with you regarding the loss of data, it is not something that we are responsible for. While our Geek Squad does have data recovery capabilities, we do charge for this service, and success is not guaranteed when attempting data recovery.
You are also welcome to reach out to the manufacturer to inquire about data loss on the unit, but this is not something that we would cover.

This one is smaller than the one at Santana row, but this one feels much more personal as I know the employees well. Definitely recommend this one or the one at Sanata Row if parking was better.
