I don't usually write reviews, but Bao at the Mountain View Best Buy absolutely deserves one.
From the moment I started explaining my issue, Bao was the definition of professionalism, patience, and expertise. Not only did he solve the problem quickly, but he went above and beyond by taking the time to teach me exactly what was happening and how to handle it myself in the future. That kind of service is incredibly rare these days.
What could have been a frustrating experience turned into one where I walked away feeling informed, empowered, and genuinely grateful. Bao didn't just fix my problem—he gave me the confidence to solve it on my own if it ever happens again. That was a huge deal for me.
It's one thing to be knowledgeable. It's another to have the patience and skill to share that knowledge in a way that makes someone else feel capable. Bao has both in abundance.
