This specific best buy was of course expensive, which is the norm for electronic stores, but the issue was I bought a pair of earbuds for $20 USD and just weeks later there were frequent interruptions, poor audio quality, and poor fit. So naturally a few weeks later I bought another pair of skull candies for $14, but the same issues appeared, and I started to develop and ear pain.
A very hostile behavior from the person at the customer service desk. I wanted to return an item as I found my lost one, and the way they talked to me during the return process was extremely bad and asked me to clean the cover of the tripod with a wipe as well! Extremely disgraceful for such a big brand!
