Worst customer service, I can’t even exchange a fridge filter. I shop frequently and I paid with my best buy card and they are unable to see the purchase. I have been shopping with Best Buy since they opened. I am never shopping with Best Buy again. I have certificates that are over $2k and I can’t even redeem them. I have been on the phone for over an hour and nothing is resolved, it says it got redeemed, which I never bought an item, also, the representative helping me said that’s odd, please call later and talk to a supervisor. Those certificates are a scam.
