I purchased a computer through BestBuy.com less than 60 days ago, and it is already shutting off several times a day. I use this computer for work, and this issue has seriously affected my ability to do my job.
When I contacted customer service, I was told Best Buy would not take responsibility because the item was purchased through the “Marketplace.” (they did not provide phone number to contact them )That response is unacceptable. I purchased this computer on the Best Buy website because I trusted Best Buy as a reliable company. I did not buy it from Craigslist or some unknown seller.
Best Buy should stand behind the products offered on BestBuy.com. Customers should not be left alone dealing with defective products that fail within weeks of purchase.
I am requesting that Best Buy review my case and provide a proper solution.

Regret to buy bike Lectric here. You couldn't return back and these bikes have a lot of issues, first of all flat tires, manufacture error, then bolts are stuck and I couldn't loose them.

Usually wouldn’t do this but Hagop P. was the most accommodating team member I’ve ever met, including competitors like target, Costco, etc. spent about 30 minutes with me helping me solidify the right product purchase.
