Seems to be a self service store. I went in to buy a tv, from the moment I walked in the door not one person asked if i needed help. Not even LP at the door. I pushed around 55 in tv on the floor no cart for about 10 minutes when I realized that no one asked to help me, so just for fun I started walking up and down randomly to get attention and employees that I did run in to even avoid making eye contact. It was Friday afternoon so no they were not busy maybe a handful of customers. As a former best buy employee I can say you can do way better.

I am extremely beside myself with this store!! I came into this store and Jackson looked up all of my receipts and could clearly see I purchased an apple May of 2024 ! After almost 2 hours , hus words were , ' no matter whose fault it was ( because the serial number showed 2 years ago ) however , receipt clearly shows May of 2024- we are not going to help you !!! Unbelievable!!! I asked him.his name and he walked away !! I had to ask another employee !! This is so disappointing as I have purchased multiple things in this establishment !!

This store is awful. I was given wrong information by one of the employees on the geek squad protection plan and that caused me to waste one our of my life driving to and from geek squad and 2 hours on the phone waiting for supervisors to help. As the supervisor at that location was unable to help or even apologies. Meanwhile Woodland Hills manager offered me a discount on the new item I wanted to buy for inconvenience that happened at a different store! If you want good service and more knowledgable employees go to Woodland Hills or Porter Ranch locations. Save yourself the headache of dealing with Northridge location!

This best buy had great customer service. I love far from this location, but my mom and brother live in the area. We were pleased with the service and product selection at this location.
