I regularly would make purchases at Bestbuy. However, after finding out recently that the return policy for some items has been reduced to 14 days. I will not be shopping there anymore. The item I bought was a few days after - 17 days. The store manager said nothing could be done and said good luck selling it somewhere. Pretty unpleasant experience. It’s unfortunate because I prefer to see it in person, but when Amazon still has the typical 30 day return. I’ll just be sticking to that instead.
Anyway - beware of the 14 day return policy now. It’s no longer 30 days.
