Do not buy a TV from this store. Salesperson Julian sold us a defective open box for $700 with 2 year warranty and plus membership. We took it back within the week and the store manager would not even exchange it. He said that since there were fingerprints on the tv and we threw away the box they are not liable. I have never left a bad review for anyone in my life. This one takes the cake. I'm about to call and complain to their corporate.

So I ordered a 55" TV on line waited a week to have TV delivered to the Northridge Store. Picked up TV got it home opened it up and the corner was broken and the screen as well. On line it says they have TV in stock, they are going to exchange it, now I have to wait an additional 3 days. Not pleased at all then there is a 12 hours window at the moment as to when then are going to deliver it to my house. I believe they should have done this same day or next highly disappointed won't be doing this again. Unfortunately they have monopolized electronics market because I would probably never go there again with the way they have handled this situation mind you it's paid for already, and this is how we are treated.
