Rude & lazy employees. Wanted to buy an airwrap and they wouldn’t price match to the amount on their own app and made us order it online unless we bought a 50$ membership. This was after we stood in front of the help desk for 30 minutes while a guy updated his phone and caught up with a friend. Once I complained to my partner he’d offered to call someone over to help as if he wasn’t also right there doing nothing. 3 other people also “called someone to help” us. Then waited at the pickup counter for 10 minutes while 4 employees stood in the corner doing nothing.

Never found what I was looking for, even after checking availability online first. Very limited assortment. Hard to get anyone from the service to help you, everybody's always busy, although the store is almost empty... A few times I was advised by the customer service that it's better to shop on eBay 😀
