Walked in, was asked if I needed help. Said yes, was sent over to the windows area. Waited for 10 minutes, then a sup arrived to tell me it would be 5 more minutes, waited 15 minutes an no one arrived. Within minutes I searched for what I wanted and purchased from Amazon. Wonder why stores like BestBuy are going out of business? I saw over 4 clerks pass by, none made eye contact nor did they seemed interested in making a sale.

I was trying very hard to find Pokémon cards for my daughter’s birthday — her only wish was to open some packs! I stopped by our local Best Buy and asked the staff at the front if they had any. They directed me to customer service, where I met Damien P.
Damien was extremely helpful and kind. He checked for me and confirmed they had some available. I was able to pick up 8 sleeved booster packs and 1 Pokémon tin — I was so happy! He even reassured me that the packs hadn’t been searched, which gave me a lot of peace of mind.

The inventory seemed kind of low
Came here to buy 3k speakers and I couldn’t hear the test sound and the staff told me the device it been broken and no body cares and he recommended me to go to Woodland Hills store
