I bought a tv and it didn't fit in my car. So it was arranged to be delivered. My delivery was cancelled when I responded to the contact information my call was not answered or returned. I went online and was prompted to reschedule drop off, so I did. That delivery was also cancelled and I was advised now to be refunded. I will not be returning to any best buy location again in order to avoid the risk of such an outcome again.
Edit: I received another appointment and actually received the TV. So I added a star. Its ok. Not much for social media but I do appreciate the response to my complaint.
