How do I check product availability at the Porter Ranch Best Buy?
BestBuy.com will have the latest product availability information. Check back frequently, as product availability may change. Statuses such as Sold Out or Check Stores may update throughout the season. Products displayed as Sold Out, In Store Only, or Check Stores cannot be ordered by phone. Call Center agents are not able to provide guidance on inventory levels.
How do I check my order status?

I bought a gift that requires service/installation. When can I expect that to be scheduled?

To accommodate your schedule during the holiday rush, many Best Buy stores will be open for extended holiday hours. Purchased a 65" Samsung TV today. We set it up and it worked fine. We left for 3 hours and it was no longer working. We are EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!! We tried to contact Best Buy and got an AI response. The first time I called they hung up on me. The 2nd time I got nowhere. So frustrated!!
