Overall experience was bad. Staff was rude and refused to help.
Definitely find somewhere else to buy electronics.
Manager also was rude and unprofessional. Never coming to this store.

I had an outstanding experience at Best Buy Porter Ranch, thanks to the incredible team in the open box section. Isaiah and Damien, along with the department manager, went above and beyond in helping me with my TV purchase. They carefully opened the box for inspection, addressed any minor issues right on the spot, and made sure I was fully satisfied with the condition before finalizing my order.
Afterward, they insisted on helping load the TV into my car, waiting as I pulled up and ensuring it was securely placed. From beginning to end, their attention to detail, friendly service, and genuine willingness to help made this a 10/10 experience. Highly recommend checking out the open box deals at Best Buy Porter Ranch—Isaiah and Damien will make sure you’re well taken care of!
I bought a Maytag washer on 11/2 and set up the delivery for 11/5. On the day of the delivery, I pulled out my old washer and cleaned up the area around it so that the delivery drivers could quickly drop off the new washer.
The delivery drivers were ready to leave when I noticed two dents on the front of the washer. The driver called customer service, and we tried to negotiate a fair reduction in the price. I really wanted a replacement washer, but my old washer had already been taken away. Unfortunately, we couldn't agree on a reduction (which was only $25). I finally decided to cancel the order and bought the same washer for less at Home Depot.
Best Buy lost a customer for $25. This would have been my second set of washer/dryers and two additional purchases of just a washer or dryer.
For my next purchase, I will visit Home Depot first.
