Brought open box laptop to car. It was total bare bones. In a bag with power cord in a taped on bag. Told me I had two weeks of I needed to return and I could return it to any best buy. I called for support later that night, got on chat, disconnected and they called me back! Saturday night!! Pretty sure I can get the help I need toake this work thanks best buy
All the employees were like helicopters. Came in for an order pick up and was walked up to by 5 different employees. Each one asking what I was looking for when I was barely even a few feet into the building and not lost or looking for anything whatsoever.
