I had a wonderful experience today with Jordan. He was very helpful and friendly when helping me with recycling my keyboard! Would definitely come back to this location for support.

I stopped by Best Buy in Emeryville on Monday and wanted to take a moment to recognize two employees, Dante and Jordan! Dante assisted me at checkout and was incredibly friendly, personable, and welcoming. We struck up a conversation, and he made the experience enjoyable from start to finish. Jordan came over while assisting another customer and was just as friendly. He took a moment to greet me, ask how my day was going, and check on my customer service experience. The three of us ended up sharing a few laughs and some lighthearted conversation. I was probably in the store for no more than five minutes, but that brief interaction genuinely brightened my day. Sometimes it’s the smallest gestures that leave the biggest impression, and I don’t think either of them realized how much I appreciated that moment. It’s always refreshing to encounter people who bring such positive energy to their work and make customers feel welcome. Thank you, Dante and Jordan, for the kindness, laughs, and great customer service! You both turned a quick, ordinary errand into a memorable part of my day. 😊
