Do you trust a store where no one can be bothered to answer the phone? I don't.
Update: they responded with a lot of detailed information. However, they could easily remedy the situation by simply putting an outgoing message on the store phone explaining how to contact customer service. Pretty simple to do. Let’s see if they actually bother to do it.
