They delivered my package on the wrong adress. I have 24h doorbell cam shows nothing was delivered. they are refusing to refund my order. Waiting for 2 weeks for my refund . Ill have to file a lawsuit. Never buying from bestbuy again
3 days ago, brought a laptop, to change the update & time button didn't work after I clicked... nothing happened.so I took it back to refund my money...

Very poor, defensive customer service from a young, male employee at the customer service stand when correcting a return. Ultimately, one of the store managers ended up correcting the issue. However, if an employee cannot effectively handle their temperament with the public, then that needs to be corrected by the store.
Will stick to doing business at the location in Pinole.
