I’m surprised to be writing this about Best Buy, but I just had a really standup interaction. Bought a used Sonos product from them and when I arrived it wasn’t a Sonos in the box. Instead of sending me home with a refund and apology, they supplied me with a new version of the item. Kinda blown away by that. I think I will be shopping here more because of it.

I would give Reina 0 stars if I could. She is the definition of a female dog. She does not care about the customer at all and has no people skills. She does this fake like sarcastic “I’m sorry” when she’s telling you she won’t help you with an issue. You can tell the girl ain’t from out here and isn’t accustomed to Bay Area folk because she is just so rude and snobby. You can tell she thinks she’s better than everyone else.
I gave it 2 stars because everyone else was cool. Everyone else helped me and was very kind and down to earth.
As long as Reina is manager I’m not coming back to this Best Buy !
