The worst Best Buy I have ever been to. The customer service lady. She was giving the customer the attitude. Don’t go there. They don't even know what they have in inventory.

Sales people are great. The managers are rude and combative when asked to do their job to any kind of professional standard. Skip it and make the trip to the Pinol or San Rafael store where the management has manners and professional demeanor. The difference in class of service is exponential.
