I had an extremely frustrating experience with Best Buy this week. I was repeatedly given incorrect information by multiple agents about a TV I purchased, the return process, and a promised discount. I was told the Samsung TV had a digital audio port—it did not. I was told a pickup would be scheduled—no one ever came. I was told the discount would apply—it didn’t. I ended up returning two TVs to the store myself because the replacement Sony they sent was clearly a returned item. Every agent gave me a different story, and none of it was accurate. This is not the first time I’ve had issues with Best Buy, and I can no longer trust their service.
