Never get their offers for monthly installments, they are going to mess with your credit really bad, and then when you try to undo the damage staff gives you no solutions!! Even after paying in full they don't do anything to give assistance.
I had an extremely frustrating experience with Best Buy this week. I was repeatedly given incorrect information by multiple agents about a TV I purchased, the return process, and a promised discount. I was told the Samsung TV had a digital audio port—it did not. I was told a pickup would be scheduled—no one ever came. I was told the discount would apply—it didn’t. I ended up returning two TVs to the store myself because the replacement Sony they sent was clearly a returned item. Every agent gave me a different story, and none of it was accurate. This is not the first time I’ve had issues with Best Buy, and I can no longer trust their service.
