This Best Buy is consistently terrible in terms of service and how long it take for someone to attend you. The only reason i keep going is that it’s the closest near me and I do like the interest free deal that Best Buy offers. The only useful person was the apple tech- she can’t sell you anything but is understandanding and helpful. Hopefully they pay staff more to retain them
But they really seem to have terrible turnover. The only reason I give it two stars and not one is for the apple tech person .
