Absolutely terrible and frustrating experience. Waited 30 minutes IN CRUTCHES because the staff was busy chatting, and I didn't even get a resolution done because they didn't seem like they wanted to help at the slightest.
Just two questions;
1. Why is this place staffed with people who don't even want to try helping you?
2. And why are they so rude about it?
