Arrived just before their 10pm closing at 9:49pm. The security guy had already locked the doors, but he was cool and let me in anyway. Store was clean and organized, with lots of items on sale. They had most of what I wanted, and an employee helped me get what I needed very quickly. I was out by 9:55pm. The surrounding neighborhood has gotten a lot nicer recently, so I felt safer parking there at night. Also, the homeless encampment that was behind Home Depot is now totally gone! 4.5/5 Stars

I called Best Buy to confirm if the PlayStation Portal was in stock, and the representative assured me it was. She sent me a link to purchase it online for immediate curbside pickup. However, when I arrived, no one brought it to my car, so I went inside. Initially, the pickup desk said it wasn’t ready, which was frustrating since I preordered it for convenience. Thankfully, associate Remmy turned the situation around and quickly had a solution. He was very kind, efficient, and explained the return policy clearly. He made the checkout process smooth and deserves recognition for his excellent service. :)
