They have a decent selection of appliances. The staff wasn't over helpful but did a good job once we asked for assistance. We purchased a refrigerator, which they wrapped up and helped this load.

It's been a while since I left a review. Life has been busy lately, and I don't have time to give a detailed and genuine review that much anymore. So I decided that if a service goes way and beyond of helping me, then I will leave a review. If they also go way and beyond of giving me bad service, then prepare for some genuine 1 star to show up in your Google Reviews.
This review moved me because of the two gentlemen who helped me at this location.
About a couple of weeks ago, my Google Pixel 6 started dying on me. Since we all live in a very technical world and our work is also fully reliant on smart phones nowadays, I have no choice but to go to this BestBuy to get a new phone. From getting a new phone to setting up, for not liking that phone and getting that replaced, to putting my screen protector, these two gentlemen helped me to the end of the earth. They are relentless and kind. They made sure that everything is taken care of from start to finish. The names of these gentlemen are Josiah and Mark.

Now, some people might ask, then why give only a 4 instead of 5. Well... This is not a reflection of Josiah and Mark. I'm leaving off that 1 star because of this BestBuy itself. 90% of the time (before my encounter with Josiah and Mark) This BestBuy is always out of stock. It's either, I have to go back and have to order stuff. Or them directing me to another store.
Look... If you're the head of this branch, listen up carefully. Your BestBuy is located in 78 and the 5! The 78 and the 5 for crying out loud. You are in lcoated in Oceanside! It was the very first populous city in San Diego County. Do you not realize that tourists and locals passed through your store? And even if they are just windows shopping, don't you think you have the most convenient spot here in Oceanside that your store deserves to be fully loaded in stocks? You are next to Walmart, for goodness sake. People sometimes go straight there to if they can't find anything at Walmart. You even have the Tesla charging station and surrounded by restaurants and gas stations. So cmon! Whoever is the General Manager of this BestBuy, get your act together and wise up! Don't let your employees suffer. Don't let great mployees such as Josiah and Mark go to waste.
