So I came to the store September 15 around 12 noon needed a high-end headset for my computer was willing to spend three to $400 I asked an Asian looking gentleman if he could help me after he pointed me to the wrong aisle and I deeply searched. I came back and asked him if he could physically show me. He was doing absolutely nothing and said I’m already with a customer with an attitude, I will never come to the store again found a better one at Staples. I called the number and asked for a manager unfortunately, it’s all recordings. Couldn’t even get a real person on the phone.

This best buy is really great. My husband and I are both into gaming and the employees here are really knowledgeable when it comes to the best equipment. 10/10 would definitely recommend for all your techy needs.
