Best Buy Oceanside

Ordered a refrigerator Sept 2026 and an oven/ microwave wall unit. BB did the measuring before purchasing. They mis- measured the refrig and the over door arrived damaged. Plus they dented and scratched my newly, restored hardwood floors at my historic, 90 yr old home. Management at Oceanside CA does not respond to their emails, difficult to reach. I give them 5 stars for incompetence FV 10/27/26

Another horrible experience at Best Buy. Buy a computer online, paid for, drive to store, app said ready in an hour, wasnt ready to pick up, I said "just walk over and get the computer I see plenty over there", sorry, cant do that, so I wait now well past an hour, no computer, walk over to computer section, show my purchase and ask if I can get my computer, nope....cant do that. But, I can cancel that order, wait for the refund, and buy a new in store. So now I have paid twice for 1 computer, then get upsold 4 separate times. No I dont want a credit card. No I dont want a Best Buy guarantee. No I dont want Microsoft windows. No I dont want apple care. I WANT MY DAMN COMPUTER AND TO LEAVE. Finally get the computer was told at the front I get a bag, of course they need a receipt, show my phone receipt, ask for the bag, they point away and said get it over there. Are you kidding me? What a HORRIBLE experience and what a joke. YOU HAVE MORE EMPLOYEES THAN IN STORE CUSTOMERS THESE DAYS! Now I wasted 90 minutes, paid for 2 computers, have 1, need to wait 5-10 days for a refund, hard sold 4 times for buying a computer, no bag, what an absolute joke. I never shop in person or at this HORRIBLE company and this was why. YOUR STORE WILL BE BOUGHT OUT OR GO BANKRUPT. What a joke.

This is not my store

Great atmosphere!
