I tried to call the Oceanside Best Buy because I want a new phone. I wanted to talk to someone on the floor or a Geek Squad member. First a poorly trained bot held me for 9 minutes getting nothing accomplished, then passed me to a virtual call center in some other country. Really annoyed me. All I wanted was to talk with someone in the store.
Absolutely great experience at Best Buy. The staff were knowledgeable helpful and patient which made finding what I needed quick and stress free. The store was clean well organized and easy to navigate. I appreciated how the team took time to answer questions and offer honest recommendations. Checkout was smooth and efficient. I will definitely continue coming here for electronics and tech needs. Highly recommend this location.

I came to pick-up a roadie order on 1/14 at around 2:35pm and ended up having a confrontation with two of the male employees working in the back door area. I am a female, and they got angry at me because I rang the doorbell too many times… one of them was very rude to me and when I responded to defend myself, another male employee begin yelling at me from the back as well. These are Best Buy employees acting this way and they would have never acted that way if a manager etc would have been present. I cannot believe that they would act that way. Especially as men against one woman. I will be complaining to the store manager as well as corporate about this incident at this store. They need to know how these insane men are acting at their store.
