Not a fan of this location. Each time I’ve gone in I end up disappointed and pushes me to not want to come back. Recently I needed a battery replaced on my watch because it wouldn't turn on but they refused my service because I didn’t have the battery charged…. But that was the whole issue… I needed a new battery.
This time the website, Google location and phone call I made said they have battery recycling. I was hesitant to go but everything said they had it. But after driving there they said they do not offer battery recycling and that the person I talked to on the phone isn’t even in the US… It would be helpful if a big business like this was aligned to not waste peoples time in driving there.
