Purchased TV mounting service. They showed up before the prescribed time, which was 3-7pm, and then tried to gaslight me into thinking I was wrong. Checked at lunch and the ETA updated to 339pm arrival. Checked again at 241pm, still says 339pm arrival. They showed up at 220pm and left around 255pm. I work in a space where I can’t have a phone and when I walked out 10 mins before 3 (I live 10 mins from work), I had several missed calls. They really don’t care about what you have going on. They’ll tell you one thing and adjust without notification like all you have to do is wait for them. Would not recommend using this unprofessional service. Update: I rescheduled for the following day. It was a 12 hour window, as if I can only be bother to wait for them. Went all day with my service being scheduled but never assigned. I called when I could (refer to previous review about work and phone) and was told a “system error” cause my service to not be assigned. I asked if there were checks and balances in place to avoid that from occurring. I was met with “there should be.” Which means from the time the service window started (7am) to when I called and finally got to talk to a person, no person reviewed the schedule for 10 hours. The next available date was Wednesday, 17 Jun. They want me to take off work for their mistakes. Then I asked about the next weekend and it’s 27 Jun. Canceled the service. Very unprofessional, unreliable, and not customer service oriented. Highly recommend hiring outside of this organization.

I had a great experience at Best Buy. The associate who helped me was very knowledgeable, professional, and easy to talk to. He answered all of my questions and made the entire process quick and stress-free. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Excellent customer service and a great overall experience. Highly recommend
