I told the guy helping me which phone I wanted, how much storage I wanted on it and what price I was willing to spend on it. He said it would come out to a price lower than what I mentioned and then proceeded to show me the wrong phone and didn't notice it was the wrong one until he tried charging me for it and I noticed the screen has the wrong storage amount. I told him it was the wrong phone and he spent another 10 minutes looking for the phone I had originally mentioned. When he went to charge me for it, the price was over the price I had in mind from the samsung website I had as my other option. I told him as such and told him I wouldn't be making the purchase. He then proceeded to "thank me for wasting his time". Since when was getting help from an employee on the clock a waste of their time? Why is he on the floor if not to help potential customers. Also, I would hope that someone his age would be experienced enough to not waste his own time by bringing out the wrong phone after being given clear specifics on what a customer wants. Bad customer service. Retrain your employees or remove them from a position dealing directly with customers if they're not okay actually doing their job and helping customers.
