I ordered something and then 24 hours later received a text that contained a weird link that I found out was from a 3rd party "Marketplace" company they now use. I wasn't able to find any information on my order and tried logging into the Best Buy website and wasn't even able to do that since it said it would send me a security code (tried with both email and phone), which never arrived.
This is SO sad since they used to be a really great company and I always purchased my technology from them. NO MORE. I can no longer even get anyone in the U.S. on the phone for help and with all the cyber hacking going on, we no longer even feel safe to do any online business with them at all.
With this pattern, they are no long for staying open as a business.
So sad!!!

so i been a going to best buy for a year now an the front desk lady kinda chubby middle aged with pony tail at the exit an entrance had made me move up more infront of the wait line an i didnt say nothing an proceed to listen but as i left i thought that was kinda werid/rude because none of the people in lined seem to be irrated by that just her apparently i a was to far back in line lol an the person behind me was a worker with a crate of products look like he was working in line to scan stuff after me as i left , an he didnt tell me nothing so i thought that was kinda rude on her behalf the cashier today was really profesional an poliet belive his name was christian thanks for your servivce today also usallyy the entrance people greet me an today she decided to be rude not even greet me but thx best buy hope i will recive better service next time
