All I needed was to have the battery in my laptop replaced. I bought my laptop there at the Oxnard store. I bought my battery online as recommended by Best Buy. They take walk-ins, they told me. But when I walked back in I found out it's not so simple. If you are a "walk-in" you go to the end of the line. A few folks were ahead of me with appointments. They don't take your name or give you a number if you walk in. As I was sitting in line more walk-ins showed up. Upon hearing how long the wait was the newcomers jumped online and began making appointments from their phones! It dawned on me too late the whole "we take walk-ins" thing is bogus. Completely false. No appointments were available at this point until well after lunch. So much for being there when they open. I asked the assertive/semi rude sales person couldn't I just drop off the laptop and leave? She was insensed. Of course everyone with an appointment would go first! . So I drove to a local repair shop that fixes things you break, dropped off my laptop and battery, and they fixed it all up and returned it to me in a couple of hours at 1/3 of the price. Yay. I gave the little repair shop 5 stars.

Very well and professional. Mr. Camran skillfully found what my device was lacking and set about rectifying it. Two other staff, Mr. Jacob and Mykol assisted and at the end gave me a discount...... what else do you need!!!

Went in to see if they would match what Samsung offered. The saleswoman said she could give me a $75.00 discount. I asked her if that was all? She said yes. So I went out to my car and ordered my Samsung phone with a discount 4 times what she offered me.
