I had just purchased a laptop yesterday from the Thousand Oaks store(Oxnard didn’t have it in stock). The laptop was great, but a faulty Ethernet cable got stuck in the port. I mean really stuck. I couldn’t get it out. I scheduled an appt, then rushed over. The Geek Squad took me in right away. The gentleman who helped started working on it. It wasn’t looking good. After about 25 minutes they prepared me for bad news. The guys tried one more thing and eventually got it out! I’m extremely impressed with the GS team working there. The gentleman who helped me was extremely professional, and was empathetic towards my issue. I wish I could remember his name, but he had curly hair and glasses. Thanks Geek Squad!
