How do I check product availability at the Oxnard Best Buy?

Walked in ready to buy some meta ray bans. Expecting to be a quick buy.
Asked the guy at front where they are located and he pointed me at the location.
I was standing for over 15 minutes for someone to come by and assist me. Employees were walking by. Did not bother to ask me if i needed anything.
Walked out very disappointed.

As a management person myself.
You gotta work with your team to be more enthusiastic in their roles..

No one helped me look for an item. I asked 3 different associate & not a single person would even take 1 second to help me. We waited around for 30 min & finally left. I only go here once every 10 years & can’t even buy anything. They lost a sale today & permanent customer today. Amazon is king in customer service & much better way to shop.
