How do I check product availability at the Oxnard Best Buy?

There delivery that gave me a 12 hour windows said they would txt or call to let me know never did.they said if my hoses were good they would just not put on new hoses for no reason well that was bullshit it is there policy even when u have new hoses even the driver said there is no need when u lis u lose business like mine dont tell me u will just take it off and reimburse me for the hoses.when I first went in 3 people sitting behind desk there for half hour had to make a comment then they all stopped talking and asked if I needed help.terrible service pro ably won't be back unless the washing machine breaks.
