Horrible customer service ordered a thermostat it was supposed to be delivered today the 23 and it's showing set for delivery but it hasn't Been picked up by UPS yet and it's already 4pm my air conditioner doesn't work I got this to replace a broken one now I have to wait at least another day in the heat no one knows anything and can't help at all the only thing I was told is I have to wait another 24-48 hours if it's not delivered by then I can call ....no accountability no responsibility they couldn't care less that its been super hot and I have no working air conditioner cause I already paid for this one that never arrived now I have to deal with a hot house til this thing hopefully arrives if I cancel the order it will still take 3 days to get a refund....I knew I should have bought it on Amazon

Disappointed with my experience at Best Buy. There were plenty of employees around, but most were on their phones and showed no interest in helping. When I finally asked for assistance, the staff didn’t have any knowledge about the products I was interested in. Really frustrating—expected better service from a major retailer.

I love this best buy! they have a great variety of electronics and most importantly TVs. The employees there are very friendly and good beyond to helping you. we purchased a Samsung 85inch tv
