They just want tosake something to people, they are not help even for basic things. After I bought my phone I need help to set up something as a geeksquid member even they didn't do anything when I ask for help, still I have problem with my new phone , I am going to return it.

Bought an Iphone 16 Pro in January. A few months later the phone randomly stops working. It says SOS at the top and missing ESIM, drop it off at Best Buy for "repairs".... over a week later they receive the parts and attempt to repair but phone is not responding to new parts so they order the entire phone for replacement. Now its 2 weeks later and i have no updates and its impossible to reach the store directly because the AI "Assistant" automatically directs you to some random technician in India who has no access to any information whatsoever...........

Best buy is helping scales steal your money. If you buy refurbished bad phones from 3rd party sellers and even Best buy refurbished. They are bad phones. Make sure you see the reviews. Not the company like for example Samsung direct company reviews. Those are not the same, as the people that buy the phone and review. You get a bad phone and lose your money. Best to buy a company phone and unlock.

This is the 3 time my preorder product gets delayed, I reserved the item months before release only for my copy to not be in stock and as always there is no way to file a complaint or ask for a status update just a loop of links that get you nowhere.
