How do I check product availability at the Pacoima Best Buy?

I saw at least 8 people on the floor just walking around, but no one tried to help. Asked 3 different people that I needed something and they just said they would send someone to help. Waited 15-20 mins and nothing. Train your employees how to give better customer service. I was just trying to buy a laptop.
