Made an appointment to have a battery replaced and rushed over just to have them tell me to make an appointment and be told, “we don’t have the replacement battery for that model would you like to make an appointment.” I felt a fool and the whole situation was ludicrous, you would think if an appointment was available so would the equipment.

Pésima atención al cliente, compre un articulo en online que se supone que era para recoger este día , en mi cuenta aparecía como preparing to pickup, fui a la tienda a ver si lo podía recoger porque realmente me urguia y la señora encargada supuestamente de este departamento fue muy grosera, cuando entró a ver mi artículo me dijo que no lo tenían en la tienda le pregunté si por favor podía ver cuando me lo entregarían y me dijo que no , que no era su problema , que ella no podía verlo, que no podia ver algun tracking number. Simplementeno quiso ayudar y realmentelo mecesitaba recoger para sacar unos archivos de mi computadora, me regrese a mi oficina sin saber si voy a obtener el articulo ahora ( que ya aparece como preparing to pickup) todo por una persona de atenciónal cliente que no quiso preguntar o ver en sistema cuando podia obtener mi articulo, se limito a decir "si quiere le pongo oyra orden y viene hasta el 16 de octubre" asi de facil..NO PUEDO CREER BEST BUY teniendo personal así en atención al cliente.
