Took my computers to Geek Squad for repair. When I arrived to pick up the computers, he quickly listed the problems, then walked away when I attempted to ask questions. His only comment "you are good to go." He never smiled, never attempted to answer my questions. He appeared annoyed that I would bring my computers for repair.

This is the WORST retail experience I have ever had. Every promise on the delivery of $7000 worth of merchandise has been broken. My contractor and my architect also know how awful this has been. I recommend to them that they not use Best Buy and after this entire ordeal: purchased merchandise 9/5, scheduled delvery 10/5, only delivered part of the merchandise and utter failure on getting delivery rescheduled. I have no guarantee on even receiving all of the equipment and the items ordered will be cancelled as of 10/21. NEVER USE BEST BUY! I will use Amazon from now on!
