Spoke to a sales associate about an issue I was having with products I purchased a little over a month ago. He was unable to answer my questions and referred me to the manager who was talking about his favorite football team and seemed a little put off we were interrupting. I explained my issue and was told I had to call the 800 number for assistance. Apparently, no one in that store can assist with troubleshooting their products. I explained I was unable to get assistance with the 800 number the manager looked at me like I was an idiot. In frustration I left. As I was leaving I heard the manger say to the associate “ Don’t bring customers to me ,tell them to call the 800 number” customer service starts at the top and now I understand why service at the Palm Desert store is so bad.
I spent a fair amount of money with the Palm Desert store and it’s a shame they don’t back up what they sale.
I went to the LaQuinta location and spoke to an associate who listened, asked questions, seemed concerned about the trouble I was having and showed me solutions. I was able to get my problem resolved and appreciated the great service. 5 stars to LaQuinta Beat Buy!

Well... been a long time since I walked into a store... but... I was pleasantly surprised, was looking for a new printer, Rob the Best Buy Associate was terrific, he new the product and answered all my questions... turns out they did not have the printer I wanted in the store except the display model, but they had one close by that was shipped easily to my home, no fuss no problems. In and out in 15 min. Recommend!!!
Very helpful and experienced staff.
