Best Buy Palm Desert

Went here to look at new phones. I wanted to put hands on over just reading descriptions and ordering online. Glad I did. The one I was looking at was just too big in the hand, more like a tablet than a phone. Found just what I needed, while it was slightly more in store than online, being able to hold it before purchasing was all the difference. Sales person was helpful and patient with all my questions and asked to hold all the different phones. They helped me transfer all my data and settings up my new phone. So, all in all worth the extra money I paid versus buying online.

I stopped by the store yesterday to get help with purchasing a laptop and a top monitor and my gentleman that was helping me his name was Shawn and he was absolutely incredible. I highly recommend searching for Shawn when you go. He was very detailed. Helped me with understanding how to set it up and look for the best deal on the pricing and I cannot say one negative thing about my service yesterday again Shawn was incredible. This is at the Palm Desert location.
