Just got a back up iphone 16 max pro. Love it as same zero interstate for 2 years as my z fold 5 I bought there 2 years ago. Great in store service!

Went in to purchase a PC Bluetooth adapter. The website says it's in stock. I had trouble finding it while browsing the store. Associates are purposefully looking away while I'm roaming around trying to find someone to help me. I walk to the front and ask someone near the front door. He tells me the item is between aisle 7 and 8. I go to look and it's not there. I ask someone else in the computer department. She says it's on aisle 10, if it's not there we don't have it. Again, it's not there. I ask her again and she says we'll we must not have it. I told her the website says it's available in store. She asks another associate to help me. That associate tells me it's in aisle 6 near the Ring cameras. I go to look, and it's not there. I roam around the store looking for her to follow up and she tells me I guess we don't have it if it's not there. I told her the website says I can place the order and it says available in less than 1 hour. How do you not have it. She then says she's going to take a look around. She finds it in a completely different aisle on the other side of the store.
Long story short. This is why I shop on Amazon. What should've taken me less than 5 minutes, ended up taking over 40 minutes because of bad customer service. And now I'm wasting more time writing this review.
