They have a good selection and the prices are OK but the staff is rude
Today, I went into the store to do an exchange. I found the item I needed, along with several identical ones, all placed in a section marked $5.99. However, when I got to the register, the item rang up at $19.99. I understand that items can sometimes be misplaced, but when there are multiple identical products placed under the same price signage, it becomes a matter of misleading presentation. As a business, I believe the right thing to do would be to honor the marked price.
The staff seemed like they were trying to help, but ultimately came back with no resolution or alternative. I also reached out to customer service, but unfortunately, they weren’t any more helpful.
It’s disappointing when companies don’t go the extra mile to make things right, especially when it would mean so much to a customer. Having worked in retail for 10 years, I always did what I could to ensure the customer left satisfied—even if it meant a little extra effort. It’s sad to see that level of care and service becoming less common.
Good prices, clean, organized, friendly staff. When you need help someone always comes fast unless they’re busy and even then it’s 2-4 minutes at the longest. They take time to help with whatever questions you have.
