Very disappointed with Best Buy’s customer service and pricing policy. I purchased a TCL 85” TV on March 18 for $2,499.99 plus tax, and it was delivered on March 26. Shortly after, the price dropped significantly to $1,999.99. I contacted Best Buy requesting a price adjustment, but they refused to honor it despite the large difference in price.
As a loyal customer, it’s frustrating to spend over $2,500 on a TV only to see a $500 price drop so soon after delivery with no flexibility or consideration from the company. Customers should be aware that Best Buy may not stand behind reasonable post-purchase price adjustments even within a short timeframe.
The TV itself is great, but the customer service experience left a very bad impression.
Nice place just don't like that they keep pushing you to get a credit card after you said no multiple times
