Best Buy Associate messed up my return, I went in with 3 items, receipt and they somehow only returned 2 items. I didnt check the receipt until I was back home, had to go back for them to refund me for the 3rd item they had already taken physically but not refunded me for! This is absurd and gas AINT CHEAP right now!

Worst experience ever trying to purchase a phone. Kristian had a very bad attitude and was unwilling to help. When I asked to speak with a manager, she laughed in my face and told me there wasn't one available. About five minutes later, a manager suddenly appeared. The entire interaction was unprofessional, disrespectful, and very disappointing. I would not recommend this location based on my experience.
