Michael is very good service even though I did not buy. He explained well about my question on Tuesday morning July 01 2025 at 10 am. in the chromebook section. I have a question about mobile phones. I go to this Best Buy regularly and after today’s experience I give this a one Star. I was waiting in line to take a look at what Pokemon cards the store had in stock. One of the employees asked me if I was here to make a purchase and I responded yes but I want to take a look at the Pokemon cards. He proceeded to ask the gentlemen behind me the same thing and then took care of the guy behind me. Then when I do make it to the register and ask the lady employee if I can take a look at the Pokemon cards she just responded with we didn’t get any. Very poor service and once Best Buy does better, my review will change. Take care everyone and hope this helps someone!
