Overall great offerings for a wide variety of products, and staff was very helpful answering my questions about quality of what I was looking for within my budget range. Store is well laid out for easy navigation and I like to check out their sales every month or so.

Love going to Best Buy good service, good pricing on items that I have been looking for.

Maddie, I think her name is, was very helpful and knowledgeable of the store. She put me on the list right away and an employee came to help me. Didn't get her name but she was also very helpful. The store was clean. I woukd definitely recommend this best buy!

I pre-ordered Pokemon Z-A from Best Buy because of the cool deskmat you get as a bonus. But when I went to go pick it up I didn't get it because apparently I had to add the mat separately on my order. Nowhere in the preorder flow did it ever mention I needed to add it as a separate item, or even present me the option of doing so. I thought pre-order bonuses should just come with the item?? Should've just gone to Gamestop instead. They had a midnight release and I could've gotten a tote bag and played the game early. Best Buy, more like Best Lie. I'm never pre-ordering anything from here again.
