I ordered ipad and promised I could pick it up today. I called online customer support department and talked to Mel, Michael, Zain. And Sam- supervisor. They provided me wrong information that my order item had been delivered yesterday through FedEx. Michael also lied to me by transferring me to Escalator team to resolve my issue, but there was no escalator team at all. Then I talked to Khanye of Primary Support team. She informed me that item was not delivered yet. All customer service representative of best buy were lying and didn't do their job to help or to resolve customer concerns. They made customer going in circles without resolving the issue. Terrible and ridiculous ! They provided the worst customer service. Best buy hired irresponsible employees and they ruined the name of the company. Don't made business with best buy. No wonder so many stores closures. That's the reason Besr Buys had bad reputation because of irresponsible customer service representative. This was the worst customer service I ever had in my whole life.

Terrible first and foremost the lady that I tried to get her attention to, to help me with something was incredibly rude giving me the biggest hard sigh and side eye like she doesn't work here wearing that blue collar shirt with the name tag. I've been to this store ever since I was little and never once have I been this rudely mistreated like this. If you work in the customer service industry than act like it don't side eye when a customer is trying to find an item. The employees name was Alice if you come into this store avoid at all cost

Poor customer service. They leave you waiting around to unlock an item. Don’t recommend this place.
Friendly staff and great customer service - very competent, they know details about all the tech features and are always great at explaining and answering questions
