So I buy a lap top, the sales man in the pasadena Best Buy suckers me to buy Norton anti virus, then when I came back in two days asking to refund the Norton since I am not going to use it, they denied me any refund. They gave me a phone number that took an hour to talk to their rep on the phone , they told me that I have to activate the product then call them to get a refund. Which does not make any sense.i know that the minute I activate the product there will be no way to cancel and refund the product, not to mention that they will take my credit card number and charge me annually for renewal. So Best Buy is fraudulent here since they did not tell me when I bought this (Norton anti virus) it won’t be returnable and they did not tell me that they will not be able of refunding my money if I decided to cancel this purchase.
This will be my last purchase from Best Buy.
