came in looking for a new laptop, there were plenty of workers around and none of them asked if i needed help, so i went up to one of the employees and he seemed like my presence was irritating him. the customer service here sucks. wouldn’t recommend

At a time when I am often discouraged by the ambivalence of a young staff member, yesterday, I was absolutely beside myself in the competence as well as professional helpfulness of the Samsung Representative Corrina here at Best Buy on Foothill, in Pasadena CA.
I have already been happy with Samsung for years; however, Corrina's knowledge, ability to explain and her pride to be working for Samsung, made me sure I will soon buy a new Samsung Galaxy Tab S10FE with a keyboard case.
I am in San Diego County and we have no available Samsung experience stores in our Best Buys or otherwise which is odd. I was visiting and took a chance though the Best Buy site didn't make it 100% clear the Samsung Experience was definitely there nor did the 800 number Rep know by the way.
So, I only didn't buy because of travel. I shared how impressed I was with their Samsung Rep Corrina with the three on site Best Buy Managers: Ashley, Jonathan and Tony.
Corrina should have quite a successful long career with Samsung! Bravo
