Like some of the other reviews mentioning customer service, the attitude here can be hit or miss. The younger staff members are usually nice and helpful, but unfortunately, some of the elderly members seem to be the exception. I came in simply to drop off some e-waste and was met with a mouthful of attitude from an elderly lady for no apparent reason. She only needed to explain the e-waste rules, and that was it. Thankfully, the younger guy who helped me was friendly and pleasant. I appreciate his help, but the customer service from certain staff members could definitely use some improvement.
