If I can give this store a -0..This Best Buy in Pasadena on Foothill is absolutely horrible customer service. I stopped going there 2yrs ago, I decided to take another chance today. I ordered online and waited 20 minutes in line abt 12pm before I was to get my order. I did ask was there anyone else available to help the one person that was handling the line and my answer was “no there’s no one else available” Meanwhile, a customer walks in the door after there’s a long line of waiting to pick up. The manager Victor comes out greets this customer and immediately helps the customer. I Did question him about it and his exact words were. “I will help my friend first, and then I will help you.” And he apologize for having me wait for 20 minutes, but he still refused to help me or anyone else in the line until he took care of his friend, very unprofessional very disappointing. It was absolutely horrible experience and I will never ever go to the Best Buy on foothill in Pasadena again I will drive all the way to Burbank before I step foot in Best Buy in Pasadena.

They open late at 10am. I needed one portable drive and waiting for 15 minutes and there was a line of 4 people and 1 register worker. The customer was returning a laptop and took forever. I just left since no one else got behind a register to help. I will never come back.
