Best Buy Pasadena consistently provides excellent customer service. I really appreciate that staff members proactively ask if I need assistance instead of waiting for me to find someone. They either help me locate what I'm looking for or quickly connect me with the right person. The store is well organized, well stocked, and appropriately staffed, making shopping there an easy and pleasant experience.
Never go to Best Buy Geek Squad at this location! A bunch of ChatGPT guys trying to figure out what is wrong with your computer!
They even broke the things that were working before I gave it to them! On top of that charged me for membership 200$ and when I went to cancel it because they didn't fix anything and even broke otheroarts I got 25$ refund. Unbelievable! What a scam!
