Best Buy Pasadena

I’ve shopped at this Best Buy quite a bit over the years and honestly haven’t had any negative experiences here. The employees usually greet you when you walk in and there always seems to be someone around asking if you need help, which I appreciate because some stores make you go on a whole scavenger hunt just to find an employee. 😂 The store itself is large, clean and organized, and they usually seem to have things well stocked. I’ve bought quite a bit here including appliances, my soundbar, computer accessories and other electronics. One thing I really like about this location is their open-box selection. I’ve seen some genuinely good deals here. They’re also pretty helpful with price matching when you find something cheaper elsewhere, as long as it qualifies under Best Buy’s price matching policy. They also carry a surprisingly decent amount of Pokémon cards and other collectible cards, which is something I always end up looking at when I’m here lol. Parking is usually easy since it’s part of a large shopping plaza. When the plaza gets busy you might have to park farther away, but there’s plenty of parking overall. Between the warranty services, open box deals and helpful employees, this is usually one of my first stops when I need electronics or appliances. Overall, a really solid Best Buy location.

The least tech-knowledgeable tech store I’ve ever been to.

Incredibly unorganized, management needs training on common sense for events or promotions. Or new management since most employees are useless regarding tech.

Takes forever to get anyone to help you here. Stood around asked for help no one came. Left, going to go buy my 3k camera somewhere else.
