I had such a great experience at Pacific Sales in Pasadena. Diarra went above and beyond from the moment I walked in. She was knowledgeable, patient, and never pushy, taking the time to understand exactly what I needed and walking me through my options. Her recommendations were spot-on, and she made the whole process easy and stress-free. The showroom is beautiful and well organized, and the whole team was friendly and professional. If you're shopping for kitchen and bath, ask for Diarra. You won't be disappointed. Highly recommend!

I was trying to purchase a Speed Queen TC5 washing machine from Best Buy, and they told me to buy it from Pacific Sales. When I worked at Caltech I walked by Pacific Sales almost every day, so I couldn't see any harm in doing that. Wow, what a mistake. Pacific Sales did nothing but write up the sale. After that, the insanely bad delivery experience and the DEAD ON ARRIVAL washing machine were all thanks to Best Buy. It's a little unclear to me why Pacific Sales even exists. They make the sale, but then they hand everything over to Best Buy, and from there on you deal with Best Buy. Neither Pacific Sales nor best Buy has factory authorized repair capability for Speed Queen. They can't even buy parts. And contacting Speed Queen directly for warranty repair is a joke. They MIGHT get back to you in about a week to schedule service someday. Fortunately I was able to get a refund through Best Buy. The process was complicated by the impotent meddling of Pacific Sales, who are utterly helpless to assist the customer after the sale. Most people at Best Buy never even heard of Pacific Sales, and half of them were unaware that the Geek Squad had no way to repair Speed Queen or buy parts.

Ricardo Garcia has been an incredible asset to us in planning our new kitchen design and selecting appliances for our rental unit. He's professional, friendly, and extremely attentive - as are all the staff in their Pasadena showroom. This is our go-to store for everything we're looking for, from kitchen to bathroom!

I have to comment on how helpful Iraiz and general manager Jack Ohanian were in handling all aspects of our purchase of a Subzero refrigerator. They were both truly exceptional!
