What a wonderful experience for my husband and me. We walked into the store and we were greeted by Adriana. We are rebuilding post fire and we were shopping for new appliances. We didn't know if we would purchase them from Pacific Sales but wanted to see what was out there. After speaking with Adriana we immediately started picking things out. She is so knowledgeable and professional...best of all we didn't feel like she was trying to " sell" us. We are still placing orders with her and her communication has made it so easy for us. I usually don't write reviews, but felt compelled to share a positive experience.
