Huge lack of customer service !! Its sad how companies don’t sell service. At this point my recommendation to possible buyers is buy online avoid the frustration. Message to Management close this store your hugel store is useless without service . Step out of the market but it is absolutely mind boggling how your storw and Ferguson on the same street are opem for business with no customer service. I came herw because Ferguson up the street was terrible and you topped it . Ferguson has no solution but you can improve amd take all their business.. A welcome greet a acknowledge , effort would go a long way.

I want to give a glowing review for Ilya Kupchenko. I've bought appliances in the past with Pacific Sales and always appreciated their great customer service. But I was so touched by this representative Ilya. I was just looking for an assistive toilet roll holder because I'm elderly and this young man really took the time with me and because of his experience, he found the perfect thing for me almost immediately. He was exceptional from start to finish. Pacific Sales got it right when they hired him. An unforgettable experience.
