This person is awesome, very attentive to your needs, highly knowledgeable on all appliances abilities and works to get the customer the best quality and price. Huge lack of customer service !! Its sad how companies don’t sell service. At this point my recommendation to possible buyers is buy online avoid the frustration. Message to Management close this store your hugel store is useless without service . Step out of the market but it is absolutely mind boggling how your storw and Ferguson on the same street are opem for business with no customer service. I came herw because Ferguson up the street was terrible and you topped it . Ferguson has no solution but you can improve amd take all their business.. A welcome greet a acknowledge , effort would go a long way.
