Poor customer service ~I needed to replace my iPad, and transfer the data to my new device, so I thought this would be a quick transaction. I started with one person who was helpful in selecting the new device, but at the register Jorge took over and that’s when my experience took a bad turn. He barely acknowledged me during the entire transaction. It took several minutes for the iPad to be retrieved from the stockroom. Using a screen during setup and purchase (including &40 for the data transfer), Jorge was talking to other employees, and paused only to give me one-word commands to “sign” and “initial”. After paying, Jorge directed me to the Geek Squad area, where after waiting in line I was told I needed an appointment and that no one was available for a walkin. As he was walking away, I asked if I could make an appointment now. He came back and set it up for the following day. My next-day appointment with Sean for the data transfer went much better, with professional, courteous and friendly service.

Stock is low and they don't carry a wide selection of cord lengths for cellular charging.
