So, I went a little wild over Black Friday and grabbed a shiny new monitor 😎. At first, I was like, “Yes, this is going to be amazing!” 😍 But plot twist—it didn’t support picture-in-picture, which is kind of important when you’re juggling multiple computers 😅. Total letdown 😬, but I was too busy to deal with a return 🙃.
Luckily, I’m a Best Buy cardholder ✨, which means a longer return window ⏰… except I still missed it by a couple of days 🤦♀️. Oops.
Enter the customer service hero 🦸♂️. The salesperson was an absolute gem 💎 and worked with the manager to override the deadline 🪄. I upgraded to a monitor about $50 more 💸, and wow—100% worth it 💯. Now I’ve got a Samsung ultra-wide on one side and an LG ultra-wide on the other 🖥️✨. Dream setup unlocked 🔓.
Moral of the story: Pinole Best Buy always delivers 🙌🎉.

Terrible customer service at Best Buy today—I waited over 20 minutes for help in the electronics department, with multiple employees walking past without acknowledging me or offering assistance. I felt completely ignored, wasted my time, and left without buying anything. Best Buy needs better staffing and training during busy times.
