Spent 20m in the appliance section waiting to buy a fridge. No one approached me, only employees were at the cash register helping other customers.
I decided to buy my fridge from airport appliances.

Pulling teeth just to get assistance. Had to track down someone at 10am to unlock something. Guy didn’t say one word, I said thank you several times. Not one word. Amazon gives me the same experience for less on the $200 headphones I just purchased. Never again.

Customer service is great throughout the store. The car audio guys did an excellent job, putting a back up camera, and touchscreen stereo in my car. All those guys out back are car enthusiasts and do really clean work. Very helpful and kind as well.

As compared to Walmart, Best Buy is more expensive and has less variety of goods.
