I had a complex issue with my cell phone On Sunday I first went to ATT and they immediately sent me to Best Buy where they assisted me right away and set me up with an appointment same day I came back and Jordi worked over my phone 📱 then Nico Jumped in while Jordi went to lunch .
Both these Gentlemen were so professional and kept me in the loop with updates on phone . They had several Shoppers Lining up for Service during my wait and they continued to keep me informed !
