The AI phone receptionist is AWFUL. Absolutely useless. And it's impossible to get through to a real human.

Was empty, so that was nice. Went in to get my screen protector replaced. 5th time in a year its gotten bubbles, and it cost $69. 1 stars for best buy in general. Returned a phone years ago 30 minutes after purchasing, and they ruined my credit for 7 years not showing that I returned it. Nothing personal about this one.
