This is where we buy our appliances, but never again.
They were supposed to come out, after charging us $600, and mandating we buy a new power cord and duct for our dryer, and re-install our dryer and washer. They sent a third party installer who walked out of the house saying that they weren't comfortable doing the job. The left the appliances in the hallway.
To add to this the washer broke 2 months ago and flooded the rear half of our house.
And, today (3/4/26) Best Buy's response is to interface with them on social media which does work because
On purpose I got rid of my Facebook and X accounts. Never had Instagram (nor want). So try again Best Buy. We're now without a functioning washer and dryer bought from you for an indefinite period.
This remains a negative review.
