Went in clueless and hoping to get in and out.before the traffic built up. We were approached by a really nice gentleman who assisted us in every way. He provided excellent customer service, product knowledge and attention to the needs of myself. I was in and out of the store in less than an hour.

Bought this 58" TV for an apartment fitness room we manage, but found physical damage upon unboxing. Because we were just three days past the return deadline, Best Buy refused an exchange, and the warranty offered no help. Inflexible customer service—inspect your items immediately- they are unwilling to work with customers.
