This location completely fails to uphold Best Buy’s standards, from the frontline staff to management. I attempted to return a TV because it was sold to me missing both the remote control and the power cord. I tried to process this standard return using the valid QR code directly from my Best Buy app, which they inexplicably refused to accept. When I asked for an explanation, the customer service representative continually rolled her eyes at me instead of answering why the app told me to return the product in any location and they refused to accepted. The situation escalated when the afternoon shift manager intervened—not to resolve the issue, but to aggressively threaten me with trespassing. This is an entirely unacceptable way to treat customers and a terrible representation of the brand.
