I actually had good service up until it came time for me to have my computer. I ordered in store, asked for delivery, Ontrac delivered to the wrong person, and it's been in limbo for a week. They tell you something about a verification dept that no one can call and doesn't call you in the 24-48 hours they tell you they'll contact you in. Store employees lie and say your new delivery was approved, just to find out there's still a hold. It shouldn't take 5 days to release a hold for a computer and no one at the company will talk and explain what's going on. If they can refund the thing, they can have it delivered. Edit: they responded to this the next day after I posted this review. They canceled my order and denied my refund/replacement the next day. Their verification team never contacted and this is after the follow up request was submitted because they didn't contact me. They chose bad reputation OnTrac and refuse to give me anything for using a delivery service that doesn't have actual employees and a reputation for terrible service with their deliveries. I wasn't able to get any info regarding their investigation on anything to prove the order actually made it to the right apt.
