**update from original. Went back and spoke with the GM Jason, while I’m still not happy about how the other associate put the return on a gift card without asking me or telling me. Jason worked this out with me. And I appreciated the help. (See original heat of the moment review ->)Never coming back to this snake store. Bought airpod max open box headphones. Last persons Apple is still attached. GM of the store first denied return then said he was willing. But was adamant his store “checks the airpods max to make sure it’s reset”. He grabs another and its the same thing.
AND THEN, when i just ask to do the return, and this is the SNAKE part. The little kid helping me yesterday put my previous return on a GIFTCARD. (I was trying different headphones). So when i was expecting a full refund back to my visa i only got the difference. Calling corporate. Reaching out to BBB. And legal if i need to.
SNAKES. Absolutely no reason to put my return on a giftcard when i never asked them to. It was their trashy way of keeping the money with them. They stole my money.

Wow it’s surprising some of the negative reviews from this store. As for myself, I had a great experience coming here. I came in to buy a remarkable product but unfortunate they were out of stock. The sales person was super helpful and told me told me order it online and it would get delivered faster than coming back the following week when they get shipments. I did just that and I got my remarkable the very next day and it was delivered thru DoorDash! Anyhow, it was a great overall experience coming here!
Lots of techi gadgets to choose from.
