Pacific Sales Kitchen & Home Rancho Mirage

I hate to rain on the happy parade but my experience in store was far from wonderful. First off, I'm an older, well-groomed, articulate, polite older guy (and I say this as someone that worked in sales and advertising) who was looking for a new stove. I had spent time looking online because I found that most stores had limited stock on hand - then I found Pacific Sales where I was told they had a large selection in their showroom. A sales person explained the differences in models and I decided on a Kitchenaid model. However, it was apparently on order and the sales person would call me to let me know when it would be available. No call. A couple of days later, I called again to find out when the stove would be available. The sales person would check and call me back. Again, no call. Bottom line, I went online and found the same stove at Lowes which I ordered and that now sits proudly in my kitchen.
