We’re really not sure what’s going on with this store. We’ve been long-time Best Buy customers, but this experience has been extremely disappointing.
We purchased a Bosch refrigerator and had to return it twice because it leaked from the water dispenser. The Bosch range is just okay—nothing impressive for the price.
Today, the hood was delivered and it had black dirt inside. It honestly looks refurbished, yet we paid full brand-new prices for all three appliances.
Very frustrating experience. Buyers, be aware 👀

We'd like to commend Michelle at Pacific Sales for all her help with our bathroom installation. The fixtures are beautiful. She coordinated with our builder and provided outstanding follow up.
