Went in there on tuesday to purchase a shower setup for a bathroom remodel, had to ask for someone, Michelle said she could help me, she went to the catalog to see what should could get in the color I wanted. Then she tried to laugh and said she wasn't a mindreader and wanted me to show what I was interested in which was insulting. She took down my information and said she had an appointment and would email me a quote which 2 days later still hasn't happened. She should've got someone else to help if she had an appointment. I'm taking my business elsewhere. Rude and they weren't even that busy. Had better experience at Fergusons.
