Our sales representative was just ok. He really didn't know what he was doing. He asked me to use my Best Buy card even after I told them my card was maxed out. But I made my purchase with debit and they were fast bringing out my product

Best Buy does their stocking during regular hours now, this one does, at least. It reminded me of Walmart. I had to move boxes of monitors out of the way to pull the printer I wanted to buy off the shelf.
During checkout the cashier spoke into his headset with another employee about what I was buying. His only interaction with me was an attempt to sell me a membership, without it I have only 2 weeks to exchange or return my printer. I declined the offer and several others on the POS machine asking me to donate or apply for credit.
Best Buy has always been a little bit zealous, but now they've become shamelessly desperate and inconsiderate... Opening the door even further for Amazon Prime.
