Awesome customer service!!!!! Brandon from geek squad made sure I was taken care of and Brenda from PC area personally took care of me from start to finish. I was have massive problems with my yoga computer. Lenovo would not help me but Brandon and Brenda and this Best Buy did EVERYTHING and MORE to make sure I was accommodated and all my needs were met. Thank Youuuuuuuuuuu!!!!

I recently had an extremely frustrating experience at Best Buy. I went in specifically to purchase a Samsung Evo 1TB SSD, which was listed as available online. The cashier, after checking, told me there were four in stock. I was directed to the computer section, located at the front right of the store near the geek squad desk. However, after spending 30 minutes waiting and no one coming to help, I was told three different times by the cashier that "someone will assist us." I was left standing there, watching employees walk past without offering any help, which made the situation even worse. Eventually, I was told that the item wasn't in stock after all, despite what the cashier had originally said. It was a total waste of time, and I left the store feeling completely frustrated. Customer service was non-existent, and this experience has made me seriously reconsider shopping at Best Buy in the future. I settled for a Samsung Evo SSD 2TB . Cashier Josea mentioned what he sees on his terminal does not match inventory count/price what is on the actual floor. The cashier tried his best and was friendly. Inventory system failed.
