I needed a new laptop and there were salespeople plus brand reps like HP or Lenovo. The company representative started helping me and answering my questions. I told her I’d make a decision and can you believe it, while I was thinking, not one, not two, but four Best Buy sales reps started bothering me. I don’t know if they were trying to take over the sale from the nice HP or Lenovo lady or what, but it was too much.
I told them all to take a walk because I hate being bothered when I’m trying to think. When I’m ready, I’ll go back and let the company rep who actually helped me handle it. Please don’t do this to customers because we’re the ones using the laptop, not the salespeople.
The lady representative from HP or Lenovo was very professional and patient, unlike the Best Buy employees who made me feel rushed. In the end, I just pointed to the laptop I wanted, paid, and left.

Would NOT help me bring in a returning microwave!!! Said it was against store policy, n i was parked in the first spot up front!! I fell and twisted my knee n tore my ligaments n havnt walked the same since. The dude at the door dissapeared, n the little greeter chick helped w a shopping cart but it was too late. I was in tears and limping, n no one cared!! I will never ever go back !!😮💨

We walled in and bought a TV. They had several in stock and the customer service was just at point. No stalking or pushy salesman just don't to earth and made the process easy! In and out !
