Purchased Open Box item in Excellent Condition online direct from BB. These items are supposed to arrive complete in original packaging in essentially Like New condition. Item arrived with "inspected by" tape minus a cord and damaged. Called customer service and they said the item could be returned at any BB and a Excellent condition open box would be shipped to me. This isn't true. The manager and 2 staff members sent me another 40 minutes down the road to Yorba Linda to exchange the item directly for a Excellent condition item there. This is the only way to do an open box exchange. When I arrived the "Excellent Condition"item was fair at best. It was loose in a box wrapped in saran wrap. Scuffed and dinged. I talked the guy into giving me the cord I needed. He said he always tells people to never buy open box online. Only buy direct from a store where you can inspect it first. Apparently their inspectors are trash universally. This after no fewer than 2 managers and 4 staff members across 2 different Best Buy stores have enthusiastically recommended Open Box items to me. Supremely disappointed in wasting 3 hours of my day driving around for nothing.

I Went in to today Feb. 15th to do an exchange for the meta glasses and the girl that helped us at customer service had an attitude and said we couldn’t not over them, we either had to go to the Meta website or get a full refund. We went in the day before and they told us if we didn’t liked the regular size we could come in the next day or within 15 days to exchange for the L. Like I said when we went in Kalia helped us in customer service and said there weren’t any in stock and we couldn’t get them shipped to our house. Bad customer service she shouldn’t be there helping if she doesn’t want to do her job, plus on the reflection on her glasses we thought she was looking up the product but instead she was texting. She shouldn’t be placed there. Won’t came back to her but thank god we had Alexis help us and he was VERY helpful, he was actually about to help place an order and have it shipped to our house house after Kalia said she couldn’t. So Thank you Alexis for helping us, Best Buy needs more workers like him at customer service.

Customer Service is incredibly friendly and they went above and beyond to help us. We needed to return an espresso maker and they made it so easy.
