Employees and security will let people put out chairs to hold people place in line for when big drops of products happen and let people cut the line and bring their friends and family right before they open. Then when you complain about people cutting in line, they tell you that customers need to handle it themselves which only caused chaos and could have caused fights. Never have I seen that happen at any other store. Horrible customer service and put people in danger, also allowed people to cut the line and people who were there all night missed out.
I went here to exchange my sons Xmas present for something compatible. The staff was very kind and helpful

I came in to get an RCA-to-aux converter, which Best Buy did not have. The salesperson working audio recommended instead an RCA-to-optical converter, but then sold me an optical-to-RCA converter. The return process was also difficult, taking approximately 15 minutes. Overall a waste of time.
