I Went in to today Feb. 15th to do an exchange for the meta glasses and the girl that helped us at customer service had an attitude and said we couldn’t not over them, we either had to go to the Meta website or get a full refund. We went in the day before and they told us if we didn’t liked the regular size we could come in the next day or within 15 days to exchange for the L. Like I said when we went in Kalia helped us in customer service and said there weren’t any in stock and we couldn’t get them shipped to our house. Bad customer service she shouldn’t be there helping if she doesn’t want to do her job, plus on the reflection on her glasses we thought she was looking up the product but instead she was texting. She shouldn’t be placed there. Won’t came back to her but thank god we had Alexis help us and he was VERY helpful, he was actually about to help place an order and have it shipped to our house house after Kalia said she couldn’t. So Thank you Alexis for helping us, Best Buy needs more workers like him at customer service.

Customer Service is incredibly friendly and they went above and beyond to help us. We needed to return an espresso maker and they made it so easy.
