My daughter purchased a car stereo, upon Best Buy’s advice. They installed it for her. This was my Christmas present to her. First they broke her dash. Her modest Camry is older so we put a dash carpet on it and shrugged it off. Then the install didn’t last a month. We are not even past Christmas and her present already doesn’t work. She brought it in to get it looked as. They claim the $350 we spent on an installation is without warranty. We should have paid $65 extra for an extended warranty. So the work damaged her car, she has no stereo at all now, I’m out $860 and it’s not their problem. I’d prefer to get robbed at gun point. At least that thief has the integrity and honesty to admit they are robbing you!

Hello, Thank you for your review. Having an installation go wrong is really frustrating, and getting that resolved shouldn't be such a hassle. Your car stereo unit should have a 1 year manufacturing warranty, your installation has a 90 day workmanship guarantee. Very bad customer service over the phon, the agent is disrespectful, they couldn't send me a receipt for my subscription, she said u can check it from ur bank statement. Canceling my subscription..
