Well, our washer broke down and it was time to repair or get a new one. As the repair prices are just about as high as getting a new one I opted for buying the new one.
I Went into Best Buy and a nice guy with a great smile came up to me named Jeff. He was listening to what I was telling him about what I needed and took me over to their vast selection of washers and dryers. I ended up learning a lot more about the product with his expertise.
If you're in the Riverside area, please ask for Jeff in appliances for he will take the time and steer you in the right direction.
