Bought a built in GE Monogram fridge here in October. Same make and model as the fridge we were replacing. They came, took the old one out (took 5 guys and damaged my hard wood floors), but couldn’t install the new one until I replaced the water valve. Done. Then refused to install new one until I cut one inch off my cabinets at the top. ????? I ended up paying a guy who installs built ins for a company in Loomis to finish the job. He did it by himself. No cutting necessary. Do yourselves a favor. Don’t but built in appliances here. The company they contract with to have the work done is garbage and Best Buy has zero interest in seeing the work gets done once the purchase is made.
