Service at this location is deplorable. No one acknowledged me at all after 10 minutes of wandering around looking for a laptop charger. Pretty simple, right? No. I had to ask FOUR people for assistance including a supervisor, who, apparently, was late for a meeting. He passed me on to a fourth guy who promptly pronounced that "this was not my job". He led me to an incredibly over priced product with a very impatient manner and zero interest in giving me information on the product. I declined to make any purchase and left. I never felt so invisible. I'll be telling all my invisible friends as well. Thanks Amazon Prime for sending me the product I need at a fraction of the price less than twenty four hours later. I TRIED to buy local. This particular store doesn't understand the wealth of their customer base in this area.
Wonderful experience today at Best Buy! I decided to pick up a new phone and had a wonderful, seamless process. No upsells or annoying stuff, just straight to the point. I picked up my phone and bought it.

Perhaps cliche to give it average ratings, but a customer expecting an order pick up, only for their error on inventory sheet, i would call ahead but they also confirmed my order was ready for pick up.
This made it for a useless 20 mile drive and sub par expectations on what most would consider an expensive purchase ($2,000 computer) not really worth visiting unless it's a generic item available.
