Mitchell Birdsall from the Geek Squad helped me last month. He was absolutely fantastic. I went in with my phone and laptop after an identity breach and he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He also educated me on how to spot questionable emails. Kind, considerate, patient, and knowledgeable. I was extremely lucky to get him as my technician. He fixed everything while I was there and I didn't have to leave my only means if communication.
