Called to get my 55in tv serviced. I was told it was not fixable and needed to be exchanged. Went into this store for a simple return through the geek squad protection. They have made this so incredibly hard since revamping. I was told it would take about 20min before they could help me. An hour later, I was told it was going to take much longer. I informed them that I needed to go to work, and the employee just walked off without saying anything. I waited another 5min before picking up my 55inch tv and walking out. This is awful. Once I finally get this tv returned, I will also be returning the 55inch I bought last week. Just done.
