My recent experience at Best Buy was one of the most frustrating retail visits I’ve ever had. What should have been a straightforward purchase turned into an unnecessary ordeal due to the behavior of a manager, Brian. Instead of addressing me directly, he chose to communicate only through his employees, who were left confused by his shifting instructions. I have successfully made similar purchases here before, but this time policies seemed to be applied inconsistently and even changed mid-transaction. A price match that was initially offered was suddenly removed, and despite meeting their stated requirements, I was still denied. When my husband later arrived, he was allowed to complete the exact transaction I had been attempting for over an hour. Absolutely terrible! I’d rather drive to another location than Roseville or maybe making sure Manager Brian isn’t working that day.
