Worst experience ever! The Manager on Duty “Nick”has the most horrible attitude he shouldn’t be a manager if he has no knowledge of his own stores return and or exchange policy, I tried to exchange a gift from my 15 year old brother, whom lost the receipt, he saved up his hard earned money to get me Nintendo switch 2 controller but got me the wrong ones I walked in and tried to exchange it he refused to exchange it out even though it meets exchange policy’s and could be exchanged for merchandise credit as he read it to me he realized that he could return it but still refused even after checking the contents. Claiming that the device cannot be resold after being opened. Last I remember Best Buy sells open box and lightly used items no problem!!!!! Any excuse not to help a customer out! He should honestly lose his job if he lacks the basic knowledge that every sales representative should know working at Best Buy. I hope to hear about from a higher up, and I will be filing a formal complaint for this action.
Don’t shop here and especially don’t expect nick the mod this evening to help you out. He literally doesn’t care. He even tried to keep a cable that was in the packaging so he could find an excuse for me not to be able to exchange. Very dissapointed in the choice that Best Buy makes to promote this person to a position of manager.
This is always a great store. The only problem with it is, you usually don't walk out of there for with anything cheap. Hahaha
