Best Buy Arden Fair

Service was unbelievably poor. Cashier's were inattentive. Manager sat in the front and appeared to be clipping coupons at a podium posted adjacent to the entrance not greeting customers. A female cashier just avoided providing service by not making eye contact and making herself scarce as I approached with an inquiry(twice, with another team members help). The manager did not receive my complaint well seemed as though she was listening to respond not to understand when I voiced my complaint. The computer they sold me runs so bad, a vintage desktop from the 90s would put it to shame. They did not offer me a bag for my purchase until I got to the front of the store, even with my hands full.

This is my second time going to this store and I have received bad service from the appliance department. The person who was helping me is named David. What terrible attention! Every time I spoke to him, he was on the phone, not helping me or explaining about a purchase I am making. I left this store disappointed; horrible service

Pretty good service. Too bad they sold me a bad watch when bought and open box watch. Wish they would have checked that better

Ray at the front desk was awesome! He was incredibly friendly and called multiple locations trying to locate a hard-to-find item for us. Every store needs a Ray!!!
