How do I check product availability at the Natomas Best Buy?

The Natomas location is such a joke. I found an open box laptop at this location but when I went in to try to get it, they tried to tell me that the price was $30 more. Even after showing them that it showed online what the price was, they didn't care. First I was told to order online for pick up if I wanted it for the advertised price. Then I was told that even if I ordered online, the system would reject it because their inventory didn't show they had it even though the ski would be the same. I ended up calling customer service and was told that this store was known for changing open box prices. Shady way to do business.
